Midlothian, Oak Forest police blotter

MIDLOTHIAN

BURGLARY: A bicycle was stolen Oct. 11 from a garage in the 3800 block of Claire Boulevard.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Kevin A. Means, 45, 15413 Lisa Court, was charged with driving on a suspended license and no insurance after an Oct. 12 stop at 147th Street and Tripp Avenue, police said.

INDECENT EXPOSURE: Crystal N. Hicks, 22, of Chicago, was charged with indecent exposure after urinating Oct. 12 in a parking lot in the 4600 block of 147th Street, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Steven V. McAndrew, 29, 15208 Hillside Ave., Oak Forest, was charged with driving on a suspended license Oct. 15 after being stopped in the 14700 block of Long Avenue, police said.

BURGLARY CHARGE: Ayo Dunn, 40, of Markham, was charged with burglary and theft after he stole a GPS system, purse, flashlight, power screwdriver, loose change and a cellphone Oct. 16 from a car in the 15100 block of Ridgeway Avenue, police said.

HOME BURGLARY: A computer, monitor, printer and cellphone were stolen Oct. 16 from an apartment in the 3300 block of 147th Street.

THEFTS: Catalytic convertors were stolen Oct. 16 or 17 from several cars in the 14800 block of Keeler and Trumball avenues.

LICENSE SUSPENDED: James E. Cole, 40, of Riverdale, was charged with driving on a suspended license Oct. 17 after a stop at Claire Boulevard and Pulaski Road, police said.

LICENSE REVOKED: Issa Alsmadi, 49, 10500 Parkside Ave., Chicago Ridge, was charged with driving on a revoked license after being stopped Oct. 17 at 147th Street and Pulaski Road, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Traikera Agnew, 25, of Lynwood, was charged with driving on a suspended license and no insurance after an Oct. 18 stop at 147th Street and Kedzie Avenue, police said.

DOMESTIC BATTERY: Paul I. Brown, 19, 3641 W. 147th St., Midlothian, was charged with domestic battery after an Oct. 18 altercation at his residence, police said.

LICENSE SUSPENDED: Danette M. Foster, 54, 4219 W. 142nd Place, Crestwood, was charged with driving on a suspended license after she was stopped Oct. 18 at 147th Street and Cicero Avenue, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Artelios Farmer, 25, 5101 W. 147th St., Midlothian, was charged with driving on a suspended license Oct. 19 after a stop at 143rd Street and Pulaski Road, police said.

DUI ARREST: Tommie L. Johnson, 64, of Calumet Park, was charged with drunken driving after an Oct. 21 stop at 142nd Street and Keystone Avenue, police said.

LICENSE SUSPENDED: Jason A. Barclay, 24, of Glenwood, was charged with driving on a suspended license after a stop Oct. 21 at 147th Street and Kedzie Avenue, police said.

POT POSSESSION: Bryan Wiebe-Cazares, 18, of Rolling Meadows, was charged with possession of marijuana Oct. 21 after being stopped in the 14300 block of Linder Avenue, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Reginald Murry, 48, of Country Club Hills, was charged with driving on a suspended license after an Oct. 21 stop at 151st Street and Pulaski Road, police said.

HOME BURGLARY: A game system was stolen Oct. 21 or 22 from a house in the 14400 block of Kolin Avenue.

LICENSE SUSPENDED: Sashay Plair-Jones, 25, of Hammond, was charged with driving on a suspended license after being stopped Oct. 22 at 147th Street and Turner Avenue, police said.

LICENSE SUSPENDED: Deundre Tillman, 25, of Chicago, was charged with driving on a suspended license and no insurance after a stop Oct. 22 at 147th Street and Millard Avenue, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Julian G. Jones, 38, of Ford Heights, was charged with driving on a suspended license, no insurance and driving too fast for conditions Oct. 23 after a stop at 147th Street and Knox Avenue, police said.

OAK FOREST

DUI ARREST: Benjamin Reyes, 25, of Chicago, was charged with drunken driving, improper lane use, no insurance and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after an Oct. 14 stop in the 5200 block of 147th Street, police said.

BATTERY: Roberto Lara Jr., 36, 15108 Chestnut Drive, Oak Forest, was charged with battery after an Oct. 16 disturbance at his home, police said.

SUV BURGLARY: A GPS system was stolen Oct. 16 from a Chevrolet Equinox parked in the Metra lot, 4801 W. 157th St., police said.

LICENSE SUSPENDED: Kristy Blakemore, 31, 15711 Peggy Lane, Oak Forest, was charged with driving on a suspended license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident Oct. 18 after a stop in the 5300 block of 159th Street, police said.

HOME BURGLARY: A television and a game system were stolen Oct. 18 from an apartment in the 4800 block of 157th Street.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Thomas Wunkowski, 63, 4934 W. 141st St., Crestwood, was charged with disorderly conduct after an incident Oct. 19 in the 15900 block of Long Avenue, police said.

LICENSE SUSPENDED: Rita Echoles, 42, of Hazel Crest, was charged with driving on a suspended license, improper lane use and no insurance after she was stopped Oct. 20 at 161st Street and Cicero Avenue, police said.

DUI ALLEGED: Anthony Banko, 29, of Bourbonnais, was charged with drunken driving, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, no insurance and leaving the scene of an accident after a stop Oct. 21 at 159th Street and Cicero Avenue, police said.

LICENSE SUSPENDED: Rashad A. Hill, 40, of Chicago, was charged with driving on a suspended license following an Oct. 23 stop in the 4600 block of 159th Street, police said.

PILFERED PURSE: A purse was stolen Oct. 24 from a house in the 16400 block of Barton Lane.

BURGLARY: A 32-inch television was stolen Oct. 24 or 25 from the Best Western, 4375 W. Frontage Road, police said.

DOMESTIC BATTERY: Debra Brzostowski, 42, 16827 Lockwood Ave., Oak Forest, was charged with domestic battery after an Oct. 25 disturbance in the 16800 block of LeClaire Avenue, police said.

VANDALISM: Glass doors and windows on the east side of Pontenzo Auto, 15324 Cicero Ave., were shattered Oct. 26 or 27.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Von M. Moran, 45, of Hammond, was charged with driving on a suspended license after he was stopped Oct. 28 at 159th Street and Central Avenue, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: William Kamper, 43, 15802 Laramie Ave., Oak Forest, was charged with driving on a suspended license after a stop Oct. 29 at 155th Street and Lockwood Avenue, police said.

CAR BURGLARIES: Three vehicles were broken into Oct. 29 or 30 in the 16200 block of Lorel Avenue.
