SUSPENDED LICENSE: Joshua Foster, 25, 1010 Shagbark Court, New Lenox, was charged with driving on a suspended license after a stop Dec. 3 at Pine Street and Haven Avenue, police said.
BATTERY: William Mullner, 51, 812 Beech Lane, New Lenox, was charged with battery after a traffic altercation Dec. 3 at Beech Lane and Gear Drive, police said.
SCROOGE STRIKES: Outdoor Christmas lights were cut Dec. 3 at a home in the 800 block of Western Avenue.
VEHICLE BURGLARY: A briefcase was stolen from a vehicle Dec. 3 in the 400 block of Wisconsin Avenue.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Andrew Hancasky, 23, of Lockport, was charged with driving on a suspended license after being stopped Dec. 4 in the 1900 block of Silver Cross Boulevard, police said.
PURSE PILFERED: A purse was stolen Dec. 5 from a vehicle in the 1900 block of Ferro Drive.
WEAPONS CHARGE: Timothy Colanto, 25, 2009 Sanford Ave., New Lenox, was charged with unlawful use of a weapon, reckless discharge of a firearm and no firearm owner’s ID card, and Joe Gonzalez, 39, 2130 Cattleman Drive, was charged with battery after a Dec. 7 fight in which shots were fired in the 2100 block of Cattleman Drive, police said.
POT POSSESSION: Matthew Soja, 22, 820 Stonegate Road, New Lenox, was charged with possession of marijuana and criminal damage to property after a Dec. 8 incident at his residence, police said.
DRUG CHARGE: Jerry Corbin, 42, Calumet City, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and marijuana and driving on a suspended license and suspended registration after a Dec. 9 stop at Ford Drive and Cedar Road, police said.
GRINCH APPEARS: Two figurines were stolen from a Nativity set Dec. 9 in the 500 block of Glenn Drive.
BENCH DAMAGED: A park bench was damaged Dec. 10 at Haines Park, Haines Avenue and Cedar Road.
BAG THEFT: A gym bag was stolen from under a vehicle Dec. 10 in the 800 block of Laraway Road.
DUI CHARGE: James O’Malley, 40, of Crest Hill, was charged with drunken driving, improper lane use and no insurance after a stop Dec. 14 in the 300 block of W. U.S. 30, police said.
WINDSHIELD BROKEN: A vehicle’s windshield was broken with a rock Dec. 14 in the 1300 block of West U.S. 30.
VANDALISM: Cords were cut on Christmas decorations Dec. 16 in the 1000 block of Southgate Road and in the 100 block of Wildwood Drive.
VANDALISM: Vandals broke into the women’s washroom Dec. 4 at a Lincoln-Way North High School concession stand in the 19900 block of Harlem Avenue, Frankfort Township, and damaged two mirrors, two sinks, two soap dispensers, two exterior light covers and the door lock.
GRINCH SHOWS: A power cord to a Christmas train was cut Dec. 5 in the yard of a house in the 100 block of Kalamara Drive, New Lenox Township.
NO LICENSE: Naldelen Necdet, 48, of Minooka, was charged with driving without a valid license or registration and no insurance after a stop Dec. 5 at 80th Avenue and Farmhouse Road, Frankfort Township, police said.
ALCOHOL ARREST: James F. Wilkens, 20, 20739 Ellen Lane, Frankfort, was charged with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor and improper lane use after a Dec. 8 stop at Colorado Avenue and LaGrange Road, Frankfort Township, police said.
DUI CHARGE: James Vogelsanger, 20, 12160 Blackthorne Ridge Drive, Mokena, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and possession of marijuana after a stop Dec. 8 at Country Lane and Laraway Road, New Lenox Township, police said.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Rachael McClellan, 29, of Joliet, was charged with driving on a suspended license and no insurance after a stop Dec. 11 at Harlem Avenue and Interstate 80, police said.
TOOLS STOLEN: Hand and power tools, several storage boxes and plastic tote containers were stolen from a pole barn Dec. 12 in the 8900 block of West Steger Road, Frankfort Township.
BURGLARY: Four large spools of copper wire, three buckets of copper fittings, two soldering torches, two air compressor lines and miscellaneous hand tools were stolen Dec. 14 from a storage shed in the 8500 block of West Stuenkel Road, Frankfort Township.
