THEFT: Air bags were removed between Jan. 12 and 14 from the steering columns of 21 cars on the sales lot at Rizza GMC, 8415 W. 159th St.
BURGLARY: A wooden box containing $138 was stolen Jan. 14 from Midas, 7011 W. 159th St. A cash drawer containing $1,400 was left behind, police said. A surveillance video showed a man exit a cargo van and break the glass front door with a sledgehammer.
THEFTS: A wallet and iPhone were stolen Jan. 15 from a locker at L.A. Fitness, 18400 Convention Center Drive. A wallet also was stolen Jan. 19 from a locker at the fitness center.
CAR BURGLARIES: Three cars in the 18400 block of Thompson Court were burglarized Jan. 17.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Jessica Siemsen, 19, 17711 S. 67th Court, was charged with driving on a suspended license and no insurance Jan. 18 after a stop at 173rd Street and Harlem Avenue, police said.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Sean N. McIntyre, 23, of Hazel Crest, was charged with driving on a suspended license after a stop Jan. 18 at 159th Street and Park Center Drive, police said.
DRUG ARREST: Ralph M. Durham, 24, of Markham, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana and drug paraphernalia after being stopped Jan. 18 in the 7600 block of 159th Street, police said.
LICENSE SUSPENDED: Kyle W. Powell, 29, 121 Walona Ave., New Lenox, was charged with driving on a suspended license after a Jan. 18 stop in the 7100 block of 173rd Place, police said.
RETAIL THEFT: Mary L. Martin, 48, 9146 W. 140th St., Orland Park, was charged with retail theft Jan. 18 after she stole merchandise from Jewel-Osco, 17117 Harlem Ave., police said.
BATTERY: Nicholas Sanfilippo, 27, 7419 W. 170th St., Tinley Park, was charged with battery after a Jan. 19 disturbance at Durbin’s, 17265 Oak Park Ave., police said.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Stanley Nevels, 28, of Matteson, was charged with driving on a suspended license after he was stopped Jan. 19 at 183rd Street and Harlem Avenue, police said.
DOMESTIC BATTERY: Levi Hoger, 30, 17227 S. 71st Court, Tinley Park, was charged with domestic battery and interfering with a report of domestic battery after a Jan. 20 altercation at his home, police said.
