RETAIL THEFT: Jennifer Albright, 28, 8001 86th Ave., Justice, was charged with retail theft after stealing children’s clothing Dec. 19 from Babies R’ Us, 15820 94th Ave., police said.
BATTERY: Biancashay Walton, 25, 3347 Roesner Drive, Markham, was charged with battery after attacking a colleague following a Dec. 20 argument at a business in the 14400 block of John Humphrey Drive, police said.
DUI CHARGE: Patrick Briggs, 22, 1616 Olive Ave., 1R, Chicago, was charged with drunken driving and driving without headlights after a Dec. 20 stop in the 8700 block of 159th Street, police said.
THEFT: Tashia Allen, 23, 8417 S. Aberdeen St., and Alishia Ratley, 24, 8520 S. Parnell Ave., A2, both of Chicago, were charged with criminal trespass to a vehicle and retail theft after police saw them putting stolen clothes into a stolen car Dec. 21 in the parking lot of Orland Square Mall, police said. They said the car was reported stolen in Chicago in October.
DUI ARREST: Michael Koch, 26, 8920 Edgewood Court, Tinley Park, was charged with drunken driving after he was stopped Dec. 21 in the 9200 block of Lakeview Drive, police said.
POT POSSESSION: Jack Hooker Jr., 19, 2853 101st Place, Evergreen Park, and Dylan Rose, 19, 4229 99th Place, Oak Lawn, were charged with possession of marijuana after a stop Dec. 22 in the 14200 block of LaGrange Road, police said. They said Hooker was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and not wearing a seat belt.
RETAIL THEFT: Esthela Chavez, 31, of Plainfield, was charged with retail theft after stealing $930 worth of merchandise Dec. 23 from Macy’s at Orland Square Mall, police said.
GUN CHARGE: Dionte Harmon, 18. 9220 Hunter Drive, Orland Hills, was charged with unlawful use of a weapon and retail theft when police found a handgun on him Dec. 23 after he ran out of Jewel-Osco, 9350 W. 159th St., pushing $200 worth of stolen liquor in a grocery cart, police said.
IDENTITY THEFT: Vincent Johnson, 22, 11652 Laflin St., Chicago, was charged with identity theft after using a fraudulent credit card Dec. 26 to make $174 worth of purchases from the Aldo store at Orland Square Mall, police said.
MARIJUANA CHARGE: Kevin Moran, 23, 17615 Westbrook Drive, Orland Park, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, improper lane use and having an obstructed windshield after a Dec. 26 stop on Wolf Road, police said.
RETAIL THEFT: Dakota Petrey, 18, 15122 Kilpatrick St., Oak Forest, was charged with retail theft after stealing two coats Dec. 27 from J.C. Penney at Orland Square Mall, police said.
THEFT: Peter Arellano, 24, 9231 Birch St., Orland Park, was charged with theft and possession of marijuana after running out on a $100 bar tab Dec. 27 at the Cheesecake Factory at Orland Square Mall, police said.
MARIJUANA CHARGE: Joey Duncan, 19, of Monee, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a Dec. 27 stop on 151st Street, police said.
DUI CASE: Arturo Rodriguez, 21, of Joliet, was charged with drunken driving, driving in the wrong lane and making an improper turn after a stop Dec. 28 on 159th Street, police said.
