CARS DAMAGED: Someone smashed a car window March 10 in the 1500 block of Union Avenue, and two other car windows were broken the next day in the 1100 block of Fifth Avenue. Nothing was stolen from any of the cars.
CAR BURGLARY: A Calumet City woman told police someone broke a window on her car and ransacked the interior March 11 in the 1500 block of Hanover Street.
VAN THEFT: A 1994 Chevy Astro van was stolen March 11 in the 200 block of 14th Place.
CAR BURGLARY: A stereo was stolen March 11 or 12 from a car in the 1200 block of Mason Court.
PROPERTY DAMAGE: Gloria Smith, 28, 1507 Shields Ave., Chicago Heights, was charged with criminal damage to property after breaking multiple windows during a March 12 disturbance at her home, police said.
CAR BURGLARY: A GPS system was stolen March 12 from a car in the 1400 block of Park Avenue.
HOME BURGLARY: A handgun was stolen from a bedroom during a March 12 burglary of a home in the 1100 block of Grant Avenue.
SUV THEFT: A 1999 Dodge Durango was stolen March 13 or 14 in the 1700 block of Park Avenue.
DOMESTIC BATTERY: Warren McCorra, 58, 405 Wallace St., Chicago Heights, was charged with domestic battery after a March 14 incident at his home, police said.
POT POSSESSION: Curtis Porter, 19, 1311 Mason Court, Chicago Heights, was charged with possession of marijuana after being questioned by police March 14 at 19th Street and Lowe Avenue, police said.
MARIJUANA CHARGE: Matthew Bullock, 25, 2416 Chicago Road, Chicago Heights, was charged with possession of marijuana after a March 14 stop on 14th Street, police said.
