VANDALISM: An image similar to the Mona Lisa was stenciled May 7 onto an AT&T service box at 172nd Street and Harlem Avenue.
POT POSSESSION: Joel Miranda, 22, 16771 Hobart Ave., Orland Hills, was charged with possession of marijuana and resisting police May 7 after a stop in the 9900 block of 187th Street, police said.
RETAIL THEFT: Hadeel Alameria, 21, 16736 Olcott Ave., Tinley Park, was charged with retail theft May 7 after stealing merchandise from Super Kmart, 16300 Harlem Ave., police said.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Dave M. Dulek, 38, 8455 Currant Ave., Tinley Park, was charged with driving on a suspended license after a stop May 8 on his block, police said.
THEFT: A lawn mower was stolen May 8 from a driveway in the 18300 block of Oak Park Avenue.
LICENSE SUSPENDED: Robert J. Phillips, 24, 16001 W. 67th Court, Tinley Park, was charged with driving on a revoked license after he was stopped May 9 at 163rd Place and Oak Park Avenue, police said.
MARIJUANA ARREST: Kyle J. White, 25, of Posen, was charged with possession of marijuana May 9 after a stop in the Metra parking lot, 18001 S. 80th Ave., police said.
PURLOINED PURSE: A purse was stolen May 10 from a car in the lot of Charter Fitness, 16010 Harlem Ave.
RETAIL THEFT: Lakimbra Wynn, 20, of Chicago, was charged with retail theft after stealing goods May 11 from Kohl’s, 7500 W. 191st St., police said.
