BURGLARY: Copper pipe was stolen Aug. 13 from a vacant house in the 14000 block of Pebble Creek Drive
PILFERED PHONE: A cellphone was stolen Aug. 13 from a vehicle in the 14000 block of Boulder Drive.
VANDALISM: The front windshield of a vehicle was shattered Aug. 13 in the 15000 block of Weather Vane Lane.
BURGLARY: A hot water heater, 12 light fixtures, 15 door frames and door hardware were stolen Aug. 13 from a vacant house in the 14000 block of Mustang Drive.
HOME BURGLARY: Cash, medication and a microwave oven were stolen Aug. 18 from a house in the 12000 block of Wedgewood Drive.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Jose L. Rendon, 44, 14855 Arboretum Drive, Homer Glen, was charged with driving on a suspended license and no insurance after a stop Aug. 18 at 151st Street and Bell Road, police said.
RETAIL THEFT: Latoya Armstrong, 36, of Kankakee, and three juveniles were charged with retail theft after stealing $900 worth of merchandise Aug. 8 from J.C. Penney at Orland Square Mall, police said.
POT POSSESSION: Carlos Reed, 31, 747 Willow Road, and Jeria Washington, 25, 5663 Amherst Place, both of Matteson, were charged with possession of marijuana after being stopped Aug. 14 in the parking lot of Dave & Busters, 49 Orland Square Drive, police said.
RETAIL THEFT: Stephanie Mason, 32, of Kankakee; Quameka Wilson, 31, of Bradley; a 17-year-old girl and a juvenile were charged with retail theft after stealing $540 worth of clothing Aug. 15 from Gilly Hicks at Orland Square Mall, police said. They said Wilson and one of the youths were also charged with criminal damage to property for damaging $280 worth of clothing at Hollister by removing security sensors. Mason was also charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor for encouraging the juvenile to assist in the theft, police said.
DUI ARREST: Renee Draves, 40, of Aurora, was charged with drunken driving and improper lane use after an Aug. 15 stop in the 10700 block of 159th Street, police said.
