NEW LENOX

DUI ARREST: Sergio Vital, 21, of Joliet, was charged with driving under the influence of marijuana after a stop Sept. 7 at Gougar Road and Illinois Highway, police said.

VEHICLE BURGLARY: A splitter bar was stolen from a work vehicle Sept. 7 in the 600 block of Sojourn Road.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Robert Doyle, 25, 603 Northgate Road, New Lenox, was charged with driving on a suspended license after a Sept. 8 stop at U.S. 30 and Marley Road, police said.

BIKE THEFT: A child’s bicycle and several toys were stolen from outside a residence Sept. 8 in the 1200 block of Town Crest Drive.

POT POSSESSION: Jacob Grabowski, 19, 709 Churchill Drive, New Lenox, was charged with possession of marijuana after police responded Sept. 9 to a complaint and found him at Wildwood Park in the 700 block of West Joliet Highway, police said.

VANDALISM: A vehicle was scratched while parked Sept. 10 in the Metra station lot in the 300 block of Church Street.

RETAIL THEFT: Renee Stewart, 38, of Joliet, was charged with retail theft after she stole merchandise Sept. 11 from Kmart in the 1500 block of West U.S. 30, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Donald Beeck, 52, 731 Bobwhite Lane, New Lenox, was charged with driving on a suspended license after he was stopped Sept. 12 at Bobwhite Lane and Cardinal Drive, police said.

WILL COUNTY

VANDALISM: A window of a Dodge van was broken Aug. 27 in the 7300 block of Hickory Creek Drive, Frankfort Square.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Michael A. Moreno, 19, 21402 Georgetown Road, Frankfort, was charged with driving on a suspended license after a stop Aug. 27 at 191st Street and Henry Drive, Frankfort Township, police said.

DRUG CHARGES: Kenneth P. Peterson, 19, 1135 S. Patriot Drive, New Lenox, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana after being stopped Aug. 27 at Bryan Trail and Townline Road, New Lenox Township, police said.

HOME BURGLARY: A computer monitor, a laptop computer, a musical keyboard, an Xbox game system, a wallet and an iPhone were stolen Aug. 29 from a house in the 21000 block of 79th Avenue, Frankfort Square, police said.

VEHICLE BURGLARIES: Three unlocked vehicles and an unlocked mobile home were burglarized Aug. 29 in the 21000 block of 79th Avenue, Frankfort Square. Among the items stolen from the vehicles were a stereo system, a GPS unit, a speaker box and $150 cash. A laptop computer, camcorder and digital camera were taken from the mobile home, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Carole Zimmerman, 48, 17818 Oak Park Ave., Tinley Park, was charged with driving on a suspended license Aug. 30 after a stop at Harlem and North avenues, Frankfort Square, police said.

DUI ARREST: Guillermo Reynoza, 34, of Evanston, was charged with drunken driving, driving without a valid license and improper lane use after an Aug. 31 stop at LaGrange and Laraway roads, Frankfort Township, police said.

HOME BURGLARY: A computer and a book bag were stolen Sept. 2 from a house in the 200 block of Anderson Road, New Lenox Township.
