HOME BURGLARY: A house was ransacked Oct. 7 in the 19000 block of Martin Lane. The homeowner returned to find the patio door shattered, the bedrooms ransacked and some jewelry missing.
HOME BURGLARY: Three tattoo guns and a power pack were stolen Oct. 7 from a home in the 4000 block of Indian Hill Drive.
CAR THEFT: A 2001 Ford Taurus was stolen Oct. 7 in the 2200 block of Windsor Lane.
HOME BURGLARY: A video game system was stolen Oct. 9 from a house in the 17400 block of Park Lane.
POT POSSESSION: Dwaron Wolford, 21, 2228 W. 157th St., Markham, was charged with possession of marijuana and two traffic violations after an Oct. 10 stop at 167th Street and Sunset Ridge Drive, police said.
VANDALISM: A car was keyed Oct. 10 or 11 in the 19000 block of Cypress Avenue.
SCHOOL BREAK-IN: Three windows were broken Oct. 12 at Knob Hill School, 3700 W. 169th St., and a computer may have been stolen.
DUI ARREST: Miguel Angulo, 30, of Hazel Crest, was charged with drunken driving, endangering the life of a child, driving without a valid license, failure to secure a child in a safety seat, improper lane use and no insurance after a stop Oct. 5 in the 1600 block of 183rd Street, police said.
RETAIL THEFT: Miho Makumura, 19, of the 18400 block of Aberdeen Street in Homewood, was charged with retail theft after stealing items Oct. 5 from Kohl’s, 17620 Halsted St., police said.
DUI CASE: Joseph Newman, 28, of Calumet Park, was charged with drunken driving, possession of marijuana, improper lane use and no insurance Oct. 6 after a stop in the 19100 block of Halsted Street, police said.
VANDALISM: Someone broke the window Oct. 6 at Expressions in Hair, 1940 Ridge Road.
DUI CHARGE: Jose Olvera, 35, of Moline, was charged with drunken driving and no insurance after an Oct. 6 stop in the 18100 block of Dixie Highway, police said.
RETAIL THEFT: Glen Brawner-Martinez, 27, of Chicago, was charged with retail theft Oct. 7 after stealing goods from Super Kmart, 17550 Halsted St., police said.
THEFT: A catalytic converter was stolen Oct. 7 from a car parked in the 700 block of Ridge Road.
POT POSSESSION: Curtis Drane, 27, of the 300 block of Diane Lane in Chicago Heights, was charged with possession of marijuana, driving on a suspended license, having expired registration and no insurance after being stopped Oct. 9 in the 18100 block of Halsted Street, police said.
WEAPON CHARGE: Vonteler Jackson, 20, of the 400 block of Monitor Street in Park Forest, was charged with unlawful use of a weapon, driving on a suspended license and driving with one headlight Oct. 10 after a stop in the 18400 block of Harwood Avenue, police said.
DUI ALLEGED: Nicholas DalSanto, 27, of the 28100 block of Cambridge in Crete, was charged with drunken driving, speeding and improper lane use after he was stopped Oct. 11 in the 18600 block of Harwood Avenue, police said.
DUI ARREST: Lisa Watson, 31, of Clarendon Hills, was charged with drunken driving, speeding and driving on a suspended license after a stop Oct. 11 in the 18300 block of Halsted Street, police said.
