THEFT: The operations manager for Provisur Technologies, 8402 183rd St., told police more than $1,000 worth of equipment ranging from cleaning supplies to a wireless mouse and $100 in cash has been stolen from the business since July 31.
CASH STOLEN: Five cash deposits totaling $1,480 were discovered missing Oct. 22 from the Mocha Pet store, 7357 W. 159th St.
CREDIT FRAUD: Quave Richardson, 20, 18030 Baker, Country Club Hills, was charged with unlawful use of a credit card after attempting to use a phony credit card to buy clothes Oct. 28 at Kohl’s, 7500 191st St., police said. They said Richardson is a former employee of the store.
THEFT: A cashier at the Shell gas station, 17101 Harlem Ave., told police someone stole a tackle box containing $250 from behind the register on Oct. 30, possibly while the cashier was using the washroom.
STOLEN WALLET: A wallet was stolen from a woman’s purse while she was eating Nov. 1 at Portillo’s Hot Dogs, 15900 Harlem Ave. Credit cards were immediately used to make purchases in Orland Park and Orland Hills, police said.
THEFT: Several lug nuts were stolen Nov. 1 or 2 from a car in the 5900 block of Lake Bluff Drive.
RETAIL THEFT: Yassmeen Alshafeey, 26, and Yara Alshafeey, 31, both of 5634 Independence Ave., Apt. 2W, Oak Forest, were charged with retail theft after stealing $220 worth of merchandise Nov. 2 from Super Kmart, 16300 Harlem Ave., police said.
FILL ‘N FLEE: An employee of Shell gas station, 8401 W. 159th St., Tinley Park, told police a man pumped $47 worth of gas Nov. 2 but drove off without paying.
THEFT: All four tires and rims were stolen Nov. 3 from a car at Trinity Lutheran Church, 6850 W. 159th St.
RETAIL THEFT: David Fitzsimons, 65, 161 Briarwood St., Matteson, was charged with retail theft after stealing $240 worth of merchandise Nov. 3 from SuperTarget, 7370 W. 191st St., police said.
