I was elected in 1991, 1995, 1999, 2003, and 2007 to Forest Ridge School District 142. I am currently serving as President of the Board.

I have never been arrested or convicted of any crimes other than speeding tickets.

The diversion of educational funds being spent on personal legal bills, and initiating an oversight process which will better serve the school districts.

I would address that by forming a Co-op of the school districts elected board members and eliminate this office.

The responsibility of this office is to invest the school districts funds and pay the expenses of the schools.

Illinois has a fiscal system that does not support our expenditures. With the recent increase in taxes, it is important to ensure proper and adequate funding for schools, while providing appropriate tax relief for our property owners.

The responsibility of oversight actually belongs to the districts and entities that use the treasurer’s office services. The current board has no association or affiliation with the elected officials that serve our local communities.
