In your view, what are the two most important issues facing your constituents? How would you address those issues?
To ensure that the children of the district get the tools that they need to be successful in their educational pursuits.
Please explain something significant you would like to accomplish within the next two years if you are elected to the office to which you aspire.
I would like to see the test scores increase, I would like to children to be able to do more things outside the class rooms. More exposure to the arts and be able to explore the great culture that the surrounding communities have to offer them.
Please explain how you believe the office you’re seeking can help in creating local jobs.
I don’t believe this office will be able to create local jobs. I would like to see more educators that live in the village be able to work in the school districts.
Do you believe the current way Illinois pays for education is working? If so, why? If not, why not? What would you change?
I am unaware of any negative feedback on this subject.
Would you make any changes to the budget of the governing unit to which you are seeking elected office? If so, what?
Are there any other issues you want to bring to the public’s attention? If so, what?
I would just like to make a difference for the children of District 168. I want them to receive the best educational opportunities that can be achieved. I would also like more parents to become involved in shaping their the children’s futures.
