Papa John’s chief executive, John Schnatter, says he will have to reduce working hours for his employees, and therefore their pay, due to Obamacare. He says that otherwise he will have to increase the cost of his pizza anywhere from 11 to 14 cents.
Certainly, millions of Papa John’s customers will not put out another 14 cents to buy his product. Hang in there, John. Who knows, maybe you will have to cut back on your free pizza deals as well. The concern for your employees and confidence in your product is heartwarming to all your loyal customers.
