Girls Basketball
No. 1 Marist 71, St. Viator 42: Asia Bey had 17 points and JeTaun Rouse added 16 to pace host Marist (19-0, 4-0) in the East Suburban Catholic.
No. 4 Rich Central 68, Thornton 44: Chaz Duson scored 16 points and Ariel Sneed added 13 for host Rich Central (18-4). Alex Stanford tacked on 11 points and nine rebounds for the Olympians.
St. Louis (Mo.) St. Joseph 59, No. 6 Marian Catholic 57: Ashton Millender scored 20 points for host Marian Catholic (12-8). Teniya Page added 13 points for the Spartans, while Megan Walsh had nine points and 10 rebounds.
No. 8 Mother McAuley 60, Regina 25: Lauren Carlson contributed 12 points for visiting Mother McAuley (12-8, 4-1) in the GCAC Red.
Stagg 54, Queen of Peace 36: Casey McMahon netted 14 points for visiting Stagg (10-5). Kaitlyn McCarthy scored 11 points to lead Queen of Peace (3-18).
Marian Central Catholic 61, Chicago Christian 56: Becky DeRuiter poured in 14 points for host Chicago Christian (5-11, 0-6) in the Suburban Christian Gold.
Romeoville 54, Mount Assisi 36: Shay Michel totaled 11 points for host Mount Assisi (6-12).
McDonald’s Chicagoland Prep Classic
No. 7 Morgan Park 57, Wheaton North 38: Bh’rea Griffin scored 17 points for Morgan Park (13-6) at Willowbrook.
Girls Bowling
Fenton Invitational: Brianna Andrew (1,311), of Chicago Christian, was the top individual at Wood Dale Bowl. In the team standings, Lockport (5,748) finished second behind Oswego (6,027). The Porters were led by Lauren Troha (1,184) and Bri Zabierek (1,177), who were 11th and 12th, respectively.
Girls Gymnastics
Neuqua Valley Invitational: Lincoln-Way co-op (134.850) was fourth and Homewood-Flossmoor (126.400) sixth in the eight-team meet won by Prairie Ridge (140.325).
