No. 2 Hillcrest 83, Lemont 31: Samirah Ali (11 points, 10 assists) went over the 1,000-point mark for her career in leading host Hillcrest (20-3, 10-1) in the South Suburban Blue. Jasmine Sanders had 14 points for the Hawks. Courtney Toth had 17 points for Lemont (7-17, 6-5).
Bolingbrook 60, No. 3 Homewood-Flossmoor 35: Charnelle Reed scored 11 points to lead host Homewood-Flossmoor (17-7, 8-3) in the SouthWest Suburban Blue.
No. 4 Lincoln-Way East 51, Sandburg 42: Caitlin McMahon tossed in 20 points to spearhead host Lincoln-Way East (21-3, 8-2) in the SouthWest Suburban Blue.
No. 9 Stagg 68, Thornridge 31: Casey McMahon scored 10 points for visiting Stagg (17-5, 10-1) in the SouthWest Suburban Red.
No. 10 Rich Central 63, Crete-Monee 35: Tatiana Newell (21 points) was the leading scorer for host Rich Central (21-6, 8-1) in the Southland. Ashley Henry had 14 points for Crete-Monee (9-14).
Lincoln-Way North 41, Andrew 29: Leigh LaRocco scored 15 points to guide host North 19-5, 9-2) in the SouthWest Suburban Red.

Oak Lawn 67, Chicago Christian 60 (OT): LaTondra Brooks finished with 24 points for visiting Oak Lawn (14-8). Lauren Kuipers had 18 points for Chicago Christian (6-16).
