Girls Volleyball

No. 8 Providence 25-25, Mount Assisi 19-10: Maggie Turk had nine assists and Alyssa Maloney added six kills to spark visiting Providence (7-2). MaryKate Deely posted five kills for Mount Assisi (7-9).

No. 9 Marian Catholic 25-25, Andrew 17-17: Colleen Rynne had 15 kills for visiting Marian Catholic (8-1). Angela Robinson provided 12 digs for Andrew (2-8).

No. 10 Chicago Christian 25-25-25, Marian Central Catholic 27-22-16: Jessica Krygsheld racked up 10 kills and 18 digs for host Chicago Christian (9-1, 2-0) in the Suburban Christian Blue. Emily Workman chipped in 37 assists for the Knights.

Shepard 25-25, Hillcrest 10-18: Natalie Carberry recorded five kills for visiting Shepard (5-2, 4-0) in the South Suburban crossover. Zaire Sherrill had six kills for Hillcrest (5-3, 2-2).

Bremen 25-25, Argo 10-15: Taylor Knipsel had five assists and four aces to lead host Bremen (3-5, 1-3) in the South Suburban crossover.

T.F. South 25-25, Reavis 10-17: Leah Lagestee and Crystal Lee registered eight kills apiece for host T.F. South (10-3, 4-0) in the South Suburban crossover.

Tinley Park 29-25, Eisenhower 27-19: Molly Brennan passed out 10 assists to guide host Tinley Park (3-8, 2-2) in the South Suburban crossover.

Oak Lawn 25-25, Oak Forest 23-14: Rachel Kestian (16 assists) and Becky Bradshaw (7 kills) were among the standouts for visiting Oak Lawn (5-1, 4-0) in the South Suburban crossover. Kate Zickus led Oak Forest (5-6, 1-3) with 11 assists and nine digs.

Richards 25-25, T.F. North 15-23: Brianna LaPapa served six aces and Rachel Costa spiked five kills to lift visiting Richards (7-2, 4-1) in the South Suburban crossover.

Beecher 25-25, Bishop McNamara 22-21: Katie Wilcoz had 21 assists and Savannah Soppet tacked on eight kills for host Beecher (4-1).

Boys Soccer

Sandburg 5, Lockport 1: Kevin Kroll’s hat trick propelled visiting Sandburg (5-2-2, 1-0) in the SouthWest Suburban Blue.

Argo 6, Richards 2: Luis Lezama contributed three goals and an assists to pace visiting Argo (5-3-1, 1-2) in the South Suburban Red. Issa Abutaa had a goal for Richards.

Reavis 4, Shepard 2: Roger Valdez netted two goals for host Reavis (9-1, 2-0) in the South Suburban Red. Edgar Madrigal and Ivan Magana scored for Shepard (5-7, 1-1).

Crete-Monee 4, Thornton co-op 0: Brandon Hickey and Casey Warrick had goals to aid host Crete-Monee (6-3-1).

Marian Catholic 2, Homewood-Flossmoor 0: Goals by Alec Guarino and Aleksa Lucic propelled host Marian Catholic (4-7-2).

Marist 2, Providence 0: Tim Carroll and Matt Poncer scored for Marist (7-2-1) in New Lenox. Providence fell to 6-3-1.

Boys Golf

Evergreen Park 181, Rich South 215: Evergreen Park’s Kevin Heisterman shot a 43 to win medalist honors at Deer Creek.

Andrew 166, Oak Forest 168: Bobby Peterson, of Andrew, led all individuals with a 1-over-par 37 at Silver Lake’s North Course.

Illiana Christian 165, Bremen 196: Illiana Christian teammates Trevor Wheaton and Chris Templeman carded 40s in sharing medalist accolades at Cardinal Creek.

Chicago Christian 161, Eisenhower 184: Medalist Alek Svabek fired a 1-over 37 in leading Chicago Christian at Silver Lake North.

Lincoln-Way North 158, Crete-Monee 193: Co-medalists Matt Williams, Spencer Town and Joey Oaks posted 39s to power Lincoln-Way North at Ravisloe.

Girls Golf

Lincoln-Way East 155, Sandburg 177: Lincoln-Way East’s Kelly Sterling was the medalist with a 34 in the SouthWest Suburban Blue dual at Green Garden.

Providence 163, Minooka 193: Maggie Corso, of Providence, shot a 3-over 37 to win medalist honors at Woodruff in Joliet.

Mother McAuley 172, Queen of Peace 227: Medalist Lindsey Finger (41) paced Mother McAuley in the GCAC dual at Stony Creek.

Lemont 182, Riverside-Brookfield 275: Lemont’s Bridget Lynn was the medalist with a 41 at Fresh Meadows in Countryside.

Stagg 188, Bradley 222: Medalist Taylor Lambertsen shot a 42 in securing medalist honors in the SouthWest Suburban Red dual at Manteno Golf Course.

Lockport 206, Homewood-Flossmoor 229: Medalist Kayla Garritson posted a 47 in leading Lockport in the SouthWest Suburban Blue meet at Broken Arrow.

Girls Tennis

Chicago Christian 5, Eisenhower 0: Kelsey Shaver and Mykela Deckinga (No. 2 doubles) posted a win for host Chicago Christian.

Reavis 7, Morton 0: Phan Lee won at No. 1 singles for visiting Reavis.

Sandburg 5, Shepard 0: Natalie Schultz (No. 2 singles) contributed a victory for host Sandburg.

Mount Assisi 4, Bremen 1: Mary Kate Feldner and Margaret Sojka won at No. 1 doubles for visiting Mount Assisi.
