Argo Tournament
Riverside-Brookfield 50, Argo 36: Amy Kinney and Katie Krzos scored eight points apiece for Argo (0-2) in the second round.
Richards Tournament
Thornton 64, Eisenhower 62 (2 OTs): Thornton prevailed in its season opener as Briana Anthony had 16 points. Shavonne Lewis had a game-high 19 points for Eisenhower (0-2).
U-High Tournament
Ag. Science 51, Cristo Rey 36: Brittany Nash netted 18 points for Ag. Science (2-0) in the second-round game.
Boys Bowling
T.F. North 1,753, Eisenhower 1,720: Eisenhower’s Kendric Scoggins had the top game (215) and two-game series (419) in the South Suburban crossover at Castaways Bowl. Deante Askew led T.F. North with a 204 game and 389 series.
Oak Lawn 1,954, Lincoln-Way North 1,877: Ryan Campin’s 239 game and Ken VandeWerken’s 452 series propelled Oak Lawn at Palos Lanes. Billy Bowman had a 220 game and team-high 419 series for Lincoln-Way North.
Lyons 3,004, Lemont 2,384: Michael Martinez rolled games of 200 and 203 for Lemont at Strike N Spare II.
T.F. South 1,948, Joliet Central 1,574: T.F. South’s Taveon Roberson posted a 333 series.
Men’s Basketball
St. Xavier 104, Roosevelt 74: Brad Karp’s 23 points guided visiting St. Xavier (2-2, 2-1) in the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference.
Women’s Basketball
St. Xavier 59, Roosevelt 57: Morgan Stuut had 21 points, five rebounds, five assists and four blocked shots to lead host St. Xavier (2-1, 2-1) in the CCAC. Caitlin McMahon added a game-high 10 rebounds for the Cougars.
