No. 4 Rich South 71, Kankakee 41: Dasia Evans’ 14 points and five steals were instrumental for visiting Rich South (6-1) in its Southland season debut.
No. 5 Hillcrest 65, Reavis 21: Mariam Awoniyi registered 12 points to lead a balanced attack for host Hillcrest (5-1, 1-0) in the South Suburban crossover. Lorielle Little (12 rebounds) and Dana Gettis added 11 points apiece for the Hawks, who also received 10 points from Azyah Dampier.
No. 7 Lincoln-Way East 50, Sandburg 46: Meaghan McMahon (13 points) and Kara Krolicki (10) were the primary scorers for host Lincoln-Way East (4-1, 1-0) in the SouthWest Suburban Blue.
No. 9 Bloom 41, Rich Central 28: Bria Gaines had 25 points to lift visiting Bloom (4-3) in the Southland opener for both teams. Tayana Wilson paced Rich Central (2-8) with 15 points.
Oak Lawn 58, Tinley Park 39: Brooke Annerino netted 16 points and LaTondra Brooks added 13 to lead host Oak Lawn (4-1, 1-0) in the South Suburban crossover. Diamond Beatty, of Tinley Park (5-3, 0-1), paced all scorers with 18 points.
Richards 71, Bremen 43: Georgia Danos tossed in 16 points and Sydni Tears scored 15 for host Richards (3-2, 1-0) in the South Suburban crossover. McKayla Smith and Allison Stazak chipped in 14 and 12 points, respectively, for the Bulldogs. Erin Schaffrath’s 11 points led Bremen (2-4, 0-1).
Ag. Science 48, Longwood 44: Carly Trinley poured in 14 points for visiting Ag. Science (6-0, 3-0) in the Public League Blue-South.
T.F. North 53, Evergreen Park 36: Chanel Howard finished with 17 points and Devin Luster tacked on 16 to ignite visiting T.F. North in the South Suburban crossover. Megan Pfister and Megan Beckow had 11 points apiece for Evergreen Park (2-4, 0-1).
T.F. South 47, Eisenhower 37: Kaitlyn Togtman (13 points) and Kameron Dickens (12) led the way for visiting T.F. South (1-3, 1-0) in the South Suburban crossover.
Crete-Monee 75, Rich East 30: Lindzy Cox totaled 22 points, six steals and six assists for visiting Crete-Monee (7-0, 1-0) in the Southland. Amari Parham had nine points in pacing Rich East.
Lemont 43, Shepard 36: Kelsey Motto recorded 15 points and Courtney Toth added 10 to propel visiting Lemont (4-3, 1-0) in the South Suburban crossover.
Tinley Park 1,867, Lemont 1,744: Chris Bennett’s two-game 420 series propelled Tinley Park in the South Suburban Blue dual at Centennial Lanes.
Oak Lawn 2,082, Reavis 1,875: Ryan Campin had a 236 game and 450 series to spark Oak Lawn in the South Suburban Red. Ryan Kirby added a 448 series for the Spartans at Palos Lanes. Reavis was led by Kyle Anderson’s 231 game and 438 series.
Joliet West 2,197, Andrew 2,128: Justin Finnen (487) posted the best series for Andrew in the SouthWest Suburban crossover at Joliet’s Town & Country Lanes.
Shepard 2,035, Oak Forest 1,892: Mike Albrecht (472 series) and Dan Lesko rolled games of 258 for Shepard in the South Suburban crossover at Centennial Lanes.
Hillcrest 1,879, T.F. North 1,814: T.F. North’s Javon Brown produced the top game (234) and series (467) in the South Suburban Blue. Xavier Muhammad had a 246 game and 438 series for Hillcrest at Castaways Bowl.
Richards 1,990, Bremen 1,697: Kevin Lorz, of Bremen, registered had a 247 game and 452 series in the South Suburban crossover at Arena Lanes.
Lincoln-Way Central 1,859, Joliet Central 1,717: Seth Gajdorus chalked up games of 208 and 202 to guide Lincoln-Way Central in the SouthWest Suburban crossover at Crest Hill Lanes.
Reavis 1,740, Oak Forest 1,439: Reavis’ Mikayla Spielman had the top game (246) and two-game series (398) in the South Suburban crossover at El-Mar Bowl.
Evergreen Park 2,220, Hillcrest 2,171: Denisyha Waller, of Hillcrest, led all competitors with a 235 game and 533 series at Bleeker’s Bowl. Sarah Klawitter paced Evergreen Park with a 511 series in the South Suburban crossover.
Joliet West 1,886, Lincoln-Way North 1,870: Marissa Jones produced games of 215 and 230 for Lincoln-Way North in the SouthWest Suburban crossover at Town & Country Lanes.
Lincoln-Way West 1,692, Lincoln-Way East 1,518: Morgan Flaherty produced games of 202 and 203 to power Lincoln-Way West in the SouthWest Suburban crossover at Thunder Bowl. Lincoln-Way East’s top bowler was Rachel Tobolaski (353 series).
T.F. South 1,819, Richards 1,430: Shannon Pollard’s 397 series keyed T.F. South in the South Suburban crossover at Arena Lanes.
Andrew 1,842, Bolingbrook 1,675: Cassie Boat had a 246 game and 451 series for Andrew in the SouthWest Suburban crossover at AMF Bolingbrook Lanes.
Sandburg 1,686, Lincoln-Way Central 1,583: Sandburg’s Nicole Powell had the best game (230) and series (437) in the SouthWest Suburban crossover at Orland Bowl.
Lincoln-Way West 54, Andrew 14: Trevor Pedigo (106), LeVonte Blackful (145) and Kyle Plekavic (195) were among six winners by pin for host Lincoln-Way West in the SouthWest Suburban Red.
Lockport 37, Joliet West 18: Luis Montoya (195) had a pin for visiting Lockport in the SouthWest Suburban Blue.
Lincoln-Way East 37, Bolingbrook 22: Sean Sibley (pin) and Kyle Langenderfer (technical fall) contributed wins for visiting Lincoln-Way East in the SouthWest Suburban Blue.
