Lexus Williams, of Marist, is this week’s Beggars Pizza/SouthtownStar Boys Basketball Player of the Week.
Williams, a senior guard, averaged 26.3 points, 4.8 rebounds and 4.3 assists to lead the RedHawks to a 3-0 start and the District 218 Tournament championship. He scored a career-high 33 points Wednesday in a win over Eisenhower.
