Plainfield North Tournament

T.F. North 39, Benet 34: Greg McClain scored 14 points and Nicolas Wood added 13 to pace T.F. North (6-1).

Knights/Warriors Winter Classic

No. 5 Lemont 57, Evergreen Park 44: Lemont (8-0) prevailed at Lincoln-Way Central.

Lincoln-Way Central 49, Lincoln-Way West 35: Brad Bass had 14 points and 17 rebounds to lead host Lincoln-Way Central (4-5).

Non-Tournament

No. 1 Morgan Park 115, Hawkins 35: Billy Garrett notched 20 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists to lead Morgan Park (4-0).

Seton 71, Rockford Lutheran 69: Chris Seaton totaled 26 points, five rebounds and five steals for host Seton (6-5). Mark Weems tacked on 17 points, seven rebounds and seven assists for the Sting.

Ag. Science 51, ACE Tech 47: Jamil Muhammad’s 12 points lifted Ag. Science (2-4) in its Public League Blue-South opener.

Girls Basketball

No. 1 Marian Catholic 57, Carmel 22: Visiting Marian Catholic (10-0, 3-0) prevailed in the East Suburban Catholic.

No. 2 Marist 58, Loyola 43: JeTaun Rouse contributed 15 points and Lizzie Zaleski added 12 for host Marist (9-1).

Morgan Park Academy 41, Woodlands 25: Gabby Ogbevire scored 14 points to lead host Morgan Park Academy (7-4, 1-2) in the Independent School League,

Boys Bowling

Lemont 2,597, Eisenhower 2,551: Brennen Legan (214 game) and Ben Stech (213) sparked Lemont in the South Suburban crossover at Strike N Spare II. Kendric Scoggins paced Eisenhower with a 248 game and two-game series of 448.
