L.J. McIntosh, of Marist, is the Beggars Pizza/SouthtownStar Boys Basketball Player of the Week.
McIntosh, a senior guard, scored 33 points, pulled down five rebounds and had three steals in a win over St. Laurence last Tuesday and recorded 18 points and six rebounds in a victory over St. Patrick on Friday. He’s now the all-time leading scorer in the program’s history with 1,501 points.
