Class 3A Evergreen Park Regional
Evergreen Park 45, Harper 44: Jacquet McClendon’s three-pointer as time expired put Evergreen Park (8-21) into the championship. Morgan Murphy led the Mustangs with 13 points, while McClendon scored 11.
Class 3A Hillcrest Regional
No. 5 Hillcrest 64, Bremen 39: Jovan Mooring netted 25 points and Kyle Oden scored 10 to pace Hillcrest (21-6) in the semifinal. Marcus Geralds had a team-high 20 points for Bremen (11-15).
Class 4A St. Rita Regional
No. 6 St. Rita 65, Kenwood 52: Dominique Matthews poured in 19 points and his brother, Charles, scored 16 to power St. Rita (19-7) in the semifinal. Scott Kingsley added 12 points for the Mustangs.
Class 4A Thornwood Regional
No. 3 Bloom 51, Thornwood 36: James Coleman scored 11 points and Johnny Griffin had 10 to guide Bloom (24-3) in semifinal play. Donte Thomas, of Thornwood (13-15), topped all scorers with 18 points.
