Girls Indoor Track & Field
Thornwood triangular: Mariam Faniyi prevailed in the 60-yard high hurdles (9.34 seconds) and 60-yard low hurdles (9.50) in leading Thornwood (98 points) over Marist (64) and Harper (4). Other winners for the Thunderbirds were Misty Rogers in the 440-yard dash (1 minute, 9.29 seconds), Ashley Nosike in the long jump (14 feet, 5 inches) and Natalia Alston in the shot put (31-8). Marist was led by Kelly Carollo, who was first in the high jump (4-10) and pole vault (9-6). Anna Bresnahan added a victory in the mile run (6:56.78) for the RedHawks.
