Class 4A

Rolling Meadows 61, Huntley 44: Rolling Meadows (30-3) broke away from a 33-all tie with an 8-0 run early in the third period. The Mustangs were led by Jenny Vliet (18 points) and Alexis Glasgow (16). Huntley (26-7) was led by Ali Andrews (16).

Class 3A

Vernon Hills 48, Montini 45 (OT): Vernon Hills (31-2) shocked three-time defending champion Montini (34-2) in overtime as Lauren Webb had 21 points and Meri Bennett-Swanson 10. Kelly Karlis scored 18 points for Montini.

Quincy Notre Dame 67, Morton 51: Notre Dame (30-5) advanced to the title game behind Kassidy Gengenbacher (15 points), Kristen Gengenbacher (13 points) and Jordan Frericks (12 points, 8 rebounds). Chandler Ryan (18 points), Kaitlyn Byrne (15 points) and Sarah Livingston (10 points, 11 rebounds) led Morton (30-5).

Queen of the Hill: Sandburg’s Rachel Ruzevich finished fourth in the Class 4A three-point shooting competition. Ruzevich made 5-of-15 shots in the finals after going 11-of-15 during the prelims.
