Rich South 32, Morton 23: Darius Anthony was 14-of-28 passing for 178 yards and three touchdowns to lead visiting Rich South. Lemont Brooks (10 carries, 120 yards) added a 7-yard scoring run for the Stars, whose other TD came on a 60-yard interception return by Kyle Bradham.
Argo 30, Curie 20: D’Ken Jones (25 carries) ran for 129 yards and two touchdowns (6, 1 yards) to propel host Argo. Jason Noel tacked on a 5-yard scoring run for the Argonauts in addition to throwing a 12-yard TD pass to Corde O’Neal.
Brother Rice 42, Shepard 0: Chris Rozell caught two touchdown passes and returned a free kick 60 yards for another score to guide visiting Brother Rice. Luke Mueller (1-yard run) and quarterback Alex Alarcon (11) also reached pay dirt for the Crusaders.
Chicago Christian 20, North Lawndale 18: Christian Bolhuis’ 17-yard touchdown pass to Jacob Bruinius in the fourth quarter lifted Chicago Christian at Lane Stadium. Bolhuis also scored on runs of 2 and 5 yards.
Marian Catholic 42, Hyde Park 3: Dillon Burns (7 carries) ran for 85 yards and four touchdowns (44, 7, 9, 4 yards) in showing the way for host Marian Catholic. Ki-Jana Crawford brought back the opening kickoff 82 yards for a score and also crossed the goal line on a 45-yard punt return.
Sycamore 34, Lincoln-Way West 21: Javier Montalvo ran for touchdowns covering 17 and 12 yards to boost Lincoln-Way West in New Lenox.
Andrew 54, Bremen 23: Jacob Platt threw two touchdowns apiece to Danny Ball and Nino Sanfilippo to guide host Andrew. Ball finished with 154 yards on eight receptions, while Sanfilippo caught five passes for 135 yards.
Lincoln-Way North 47, LaSalle-Peru 7: Ryan Arthur passed for touchdowns and ran for another to catapult visiting Lincoln-Way North. Julian Hylton added 266 yards rushing and two TDs for the Phoenix.
Thornton 34, Morgan Park 0: Cavion Clinton racked up 167 yards rushing a touchdown to lift host Thornton.
Lincoln-Way East 17, Carmel 7: Jordan Wirtz passed for a touchdown and Alex Kraft gained 152 yards on 18 attemps in propelling Lincoln-Way East in Arlington Heights.
Bradley 26, T.F. North 20: Aaron Dunigan was 12-of-22 passing for 176 yards and two touchdowns to aid visiting T.F. North. Anthony Watkins tacked on a 1-yard scoring blast for the Meteors.
Lincoln-Way Central 26, Sandburg 21: Host Lincoln-Way Central overcame a 21-6 deficit in the SouthWest Suburban crossover. Sean Leland ran for a touchdown and passed for another to pace Sandburg.
Stillman Valley 49, Tinley Park 21: Tinley Park lost on the road.
Ag. Science 22, Roosevelt 0: Carlton Brown threw two touchdown passes to spark Ag. Science at Gately Stadium. Kirklin Branhim added a 12-yard scoring run for the Cyclones.
Oak Lawn 42, Kenwood 19: Ray Howard ran for five touchdowns (6, 1, 5, 40, 5 yards) to spark host Oak Lawn. The Spartans’ other score came on a 17-yard pass from Konrad Lach to Tyler Loehr.
Evergreen Park 2, Little Village 0: Host Evergreen Park won by forfeit.
