Glenbard West 25-25, Marist 23-23: Molly Mayo had 21 assists to lead visiting Marist (2-1). Colleen Riley (9 kills, 4 blocks) and Carolyn Yerkes (9 digs) also starred for the RedHawks.
Bradley 25-25, Homewood-Flossmoor 20-22: Annalise Robinson dished out 14 assists to pace visiting Homewood-Flossmoor (10-3) in the SouthWest Suburban crossover. Candace Tate and Mia Narcisi added five kills apiece for the Vikings.
Illiana Christian 23-26-25, Riverside-Brookfield 25-24-16: Sydnee Van Beek totaled 12 kills, seven blocks and six digs for visiting Illiana Christian (4-4) in its Metro Suburban opener. Hannah Wegner tacked on 23 assists for the Vikings, who also received seven kills and nine blocks from Jamie Petrarca.
Marian Catholic 5, Homewood-Flossmoor 2: Alec Guarino contributed three goals and an assist to propel visiting Marian Catholic (9-0). Andrew Lwanga had both goals for Homewood-Flossmoor (1-3).
Beecher 8, Reed-Custer 1: Marshall Landis notched a goal and two assists for host Beecher (5-4).
Lemont 5, Evergreen Park 0: Roy Delatore scored twice for visiting Lemont (2-3-2, 1-0) in the South Suburban crossover.
Oak Forest 151, Oak Lawn 179: Medalist Jake Griffin shot a 37 to lead Oak Forest in the South Suburban crossover at Stony Creek.
Brother Rice 153, Marist 160: Brother Rice’s David Roth (36) was the medalist at The Meadows.
Lemont quadrangular: Medalist Matt Groebe carded a 38 as Lemont (163) topped South Suburban foes T.F. South (188), Reavis (217) and T.F. North (240). P.J. Pipes added a 41 for the Indians at Broken Arrow.
Sandburg 171, Lincoln-Way East 177: Kelly Sterling, of Lincoln-Way East, finished with an even-par 35 to secure medalist accolades in the SouthWest Suburban crossover at Green Garden’s Blue Course. Frankie Saban guided Sandburg with a 38.
Providence 176, Marian Catholic 177: Marian Catholic’s Nina Nicpon registered a 40 in capturing medalist honors at Lincoln Oaks. Alyssa Newling had a team-best 42 for Providence in the East Suburban Catholic.
Hillcrest 5, Reavis 0: Fabie Ezife (No. 1) and Kayla Patrick (No. 2) posted singles wins for host Hillcrest in the South Suburban crossover.
Richards 3, Lemont 2: Gelique Ayala prevailed at No. 2 singles for visiting Richards. Lemont’s Nicole Scholle and Bansi Padalia won at top-seeded doubles in the South Suburban crossover.
Tinley Park 5, Argo 0: Haley Wilcox won at top-seeded singles to aid host Tinley Park in the South Suburban crossover.
Trinity 3, Mother McAuley 2: Kellen Dempsey and Maddy Wantuck (No. 1 doubles) were among the winners for host Mother McAuley in the GCAC.
St. Xavier 3, St. Francis (Ind.) 1: Goals by Danielle Inzinga, Mariana Hoerr and Cassie Pullia lifted visiting St. Xavier (2-2-1).
