Lemont 25-25, Evergreen Park 14-19: Cara Howell’s six kills sparked host Lemont (8-3, 4-1) in the South Suburban crossover.
Shepard 25-25, Hillcrest 7-7: Brianna Graffeo totaled 13 service points, six assists and four aces to ignite host Shepard (8-5, 5-0). Kaylee Neylon added eight kills for the Astros in the South Suburban crossover.
Oak Lawn 25-25, Oak Forest 20-20: Christian Egan dished out 17 assists to lead host Oak Lawn (5-1, 4-0) in the South Suburban crossover. Simona Tomczak (16 digs, 6 aces, 5 kills) and Becky Bradshaw (11 digs, 6 kills) also starred for the Spartans. Sylvia Rodriguez contributed eight digs and six service points for Oak Forest (3-9, 2-3).
Queen of Peace 25-25, Resurrection 23-23: Sam Corbin provided five kills and Sydney Schergen tacked on 10 digs to lead host Queen of Peace (2-12, 1-2) in the GCAC Red.
T.F. South 25-25, Reavis 17-10: Abbe Mullen had 24 assists and seven service points to propel visiting T.F. South (12-1, 5-0) in the South Suburban crossover.
Ag. Science 20-25-25, Taft 25-14-12: Allison Nash finished with 12 kills, 11 digs and four aces for Ag. Science (7-5).
Beecher 25-25, Illinois Lutheran 21-17: Savanah Stluka had eight digs, seven assists and five kills for host Beecher (3-3) in the River Valley.
De La Salle 25-25, Mount Assisi 23-18: Carleigh Barringer had 10 kills to pace host De La Salle (5-3, 1-1) in the GCAC Red.
Rich Central 24-25-25, Rich East 26-23-17: Timesha Tyler had six digs and three aces for host Rich Central (5-5, 1-0) in the Southland match.
T.F. United 9, Richards 1: Ray Kobus and Dan Stellfox netted two goals apiece to guide visiting T.F. United (7-2, 2-1) in the South Suburban crossover. Sami Ahmed scored for Richards.
St. Laurence 7, St. Francis de Sales 0: Alex Rodriguez scored twice and Cameron Vera recorded the shutout to lift visiting St. Laurence (3-4, 1-0) in the Catholic League South.
Bloom 9, Kankakee 2: Juan Elizalde’s hat trick powered host Bloom (8-2, 3-0) in the Southland match.
Shepard 2, Oak Lawn 0: Goals by Mike Iturbe and Corry Williams led visiting Shepard (3-3-1, 2-0) in the South Suburban Red. Mike Kaczmarczyk had two assists.
De La Salle 2, St. Rita 1: Sal Garcia and Silvio Lopez were the goal scorers for visiting De La Salle (3-7) in Catholic League play.
Reavis 2, Tinley Park 1: Jose Estrada had both goals for visiting Reavis (7-3, 2-1) in the South Suburban crossover.
Crete-Monee 5, Rich South 0: Jake Cogan and Jordan Carlton notched goals to help Crete-Monee (6-3, 1-1) prevail in the Southland contest.
Beecher 7, St. Anne 0: Dylan Becker and Brian Meyer each scored twice to catapult visiting Beecher (9-4, 3-1) in the River Valley.
Argo 7, Evergreen Park 0: Hector Flores had two goals and an assist for host Argo (1-5, 1-2) in the South Suburban Red.
Mount Carmel 174, De La Salle 195: Mount Carmel’s Neil Hoglund and De La Salle’s Emily Brown tied for medalist with rounds of 42 in the Catholic League meet at Glenwoodie.
Oak Lawn 165, Eisenhower 169: Vinny Curta, of Eisenhower, was the medalist after posting a 37 in the South Suburban Red meet at Stony Creek.
Lincoln-Way East 152, Bradley 156: Medalist Tyler Kelly posted a 32 to lift Lincoln-Way East in the SouthWest Suburban Red meet at Manteno Golf Club.
Evergreen Park 180, Reavis 205: Evergreen Park’s J.R. Wazio shot a 43 to capture medalist honors in the South Suburban dual at The Meadows.
Joliet Catholic triangular: Neil Doyle carded a 38 to in leading Marian Catholic (160) to a second-place finish behind Benet (155) at Joliet Country Club. Joliet Catholic (178) also competed in the East Suburban Catholic meet.
Lockport quadrangular: Co-medalists Tony Kestel and Scott Mueller each shot 38 as Lincoln-Way Central (158) topped Lockport (161), Homewood-Flossmoor (168) and Lincoln-Way North (168). Anthony Bolden chipped in a 39 for the Knights at Big Run.
Lemont 190, Lisle 230: Medalist Bridget Lynn (42) led Lemont at River Bend in Lisle.
Sandburg 160, Stagg 204: Sandburg’s Frankie Saban shot a 35 in the SouthWest Suburban Blue meet at Silver Lake’s North Course.
Andrew 211, Oak Forest 212: Oak Forest’s Jackie Pytko (45) was the medalist at Dunne National.
Joliet Catholic triangular: Jessie Ackman (49) led Beecher (207) to a second-place showing behind Joliet Township co-op (199) at Woodruff in Plainfield. Joliet Catholic (225) came in third.
De La Salle 4, Queen of Peace 0: Khalia Powell (No. 1 singles) was among the winners for host De La Salle in the GCAC.
Lincoln-Way East 7, Lincoln-Way West 0: Stefanie Hunniford and Jacqui Michuda won at No. 1 doubles for host Lincoln-Way East (5-6, 2-0) in the SouthWest Suburban Red.
Tinley Park 5, T.F. North 0: Cassie Starzyk and Deborah Wendling (No. 1) won their doubles match for host Tinley Park in the South Suburban Blue.
Hillcrest 4, Bremen 1: Tara Pollard’s victory at No. 1 singles boosted visiting Hillcrest in the South Suburban Blue.
T.F. South 5, Rich South 0: Bryttish Burts (No. 1) and Jeanne Colin (No. 2) won their respective singles matches for T.F. South in Lansing.
Lincoln-Way Central 6, Andrew 1: Jana Mudrock and Marlee McCabe posted a win at No. 2 doubles for visiting Lincoln-Way Central (5-5, 1-1) in the SouthWest Suburban Red. Becca Gaynor (No. 3 singles) was a winner for Andrew
Stagg 6, Joliet West co-op 1: Leeza Bodnar and Silvia Kulbokas (No. 2 doubles) led visiting Stagg in the SouthWest Suburban Blue.
Nazareth 3, Providence 2: Sisters Maggie and Kelly Ruane (No. 1 doubles) posted a win for visiting Providence (12-4, 2-2) in the East Suburban Catholic.
Lemont 4, Oak Forest 1: Kate Lynch and C.J. Hunter won at No. 2 doubles for host Lemont in the South Suburban Blue. Ilona LaRoche and Megan Fraider won at No. 1 doubles for Oak Forest.
Lincoln-Way East 112, Lincoln-Way North 73: Kendall Hermann won the 100-yard butterfly (59.60 seconds) and 200 individual medley (2 minutes, 13.02 seconds) for visiting Lincoln-Way East in the SouthWest Suburban crossover.
Homewood-Flossmoor 120, Mother McAuley 64: Wins by Amber Barney in the 100 freestyle (57.48) and 200 freestyle (2:10.35) keyed host Homewood-Flossmoor. Mother McAuley’s Sara Law prevailed in the 100 breaststroke (1:12.40) and 200 individual medley (2:23.32).
Oak Forest 107, Eisenhower 60: Gretchen Behrens placed first in the 100 fly (1:15.44) and 200 free (2:16.75) for host Oak Forest in South Suburban crossover.
Oak Lawn 90, Lemont 83: Mary Kate Brennan, Hannah Featherstone, Shannon Motl and Kelsey Townsend won the 200 medley relay (2:33.64) for host Oak Lawn in the South Suburban crossover.
Mike Lalaeff Memorial Invitational: Medalist Kirby Brown shot a 71 to finish with a two-day score of 147 in leading St. Xavier (601) to top honors in the 16-team tournament. Brown’s teammate, James Kerr (148), tied for second.
Cardinal Stritch 16-25-25, St. Xavier 25-18-13: Kelli Shaffer had 26 assists and 20 digs to lead host St. Xavier (3-6) in its Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference season debut. Heidi Gregerson added 12 kills for the Cougars, who also received 17 digs from Dominique Aramburu.
