T.F. South 25-25, Oak Forest 12-16: Abbe Mullen totaled 13 assists and four service points to spark host T.F. South (18-2, 7-1). Briana Lilly added nine kills for the Rebels in the South Suburban Blue. Sylvia Rodriguez had 10 digs and Jenna Brown added four kills to lead Oak Forest (5-15, 3-5).
Evergreen Park 25-25, Eisenhower 18-20: Zoe Monks dished out 12 assists and Maddie Vojacek had seven kills to lead host Evergreen Park (6-13, 2-5) in the South Suburban Red.
Oak Lawn 20-25-27, Queen of Peace 25-16-25: Becky Bradshaw’s nine kills and 10 digs paced visiting Oak Lawn (12-3). Simona Tomczak chipped in seven kills and eight digs for the Spartans.
Marian Catholic 2, Illiana Christian 0: Alex Guarino netted both goals for host Marian Catholic (11-5-3). Chris Taborn made seven saves in notching the shutout.
Joliet West 3, Providence 1: Justin Alberico contributed a second-half goal for host Providence (2-13).
Beecher 2, Tinley Park 2: Steve Gonzalez’s two goals propelled visiting Tinley Park (6-3-1). Marshall Landis scored an unassisted goal for host Beecher (12-5-1).
Illiana Christian 166, Chicago Christian 169: Illiana Christian’s Matthew Zandstra led all golfers with a 36 at Palmira. Jay Timmer (39) had the top score for Chicago Christian.
South Suburban Red Tournament: Medalist J.R. Wazio shot an 82 as Evergreen Park (355) edged Richards by two strokes for the team title at Cog Hill’s No. 1 Course. Eisenhower’s Vinny Curta (85) was second individually, followed by the Richards duo of Matt Kendryna (85) and Mitch Cook (88). Shepard (381) took third in the team standings, with Oak Lawn (385), Reavis (403), Argo (406) and Eisenhower (416) rounding out the field.
Lockport 181, Oak Forest 198: Jackie Pytko (42), of Oak Forest, had the best round at Dunne National.
Regina 176, Queen of Peace 194: Regina’s Mary O’Connor (38) was the medalist in the GCAC dual at Glenview National.
East Suburban Catholic Tournament: Marian Catholic’s Nina Nicpon and Providence’s Alyssa Newling tied for third with rounds of 82 at Village Greens in Woodridge. Marist was led by Kelly Barker and Ashley Kay, each of whom shot 91. Carmel (344) won the title by five strokes over runner-up St. Viator, which produced the medalist in Dana Gattone (73). Providence (360) took third, followed by Marian (372), Marist (379) and Benet (385) in the nine-team field.
Homewood-Flossmoor 7, Stagg 0: Allison Lessner posted a win at No. 1 singles for host Homewood-Flossmoor in the SouthWest Suburban Blue.
Andrew 4, Shepard 1: Wins by Jenny Jackich at No. 1 singles and the No. 1 doubles team of Kelly Tekiela and Megan McGuire paced visiting Andrew. Kelsey and Taylor Domina (No. 2 doubles) had the lone victory for Shepard.
Chicago Christian 5, Argo 0: Haley Reiher (No. 1) and Reagan Wigboldy (No. 2) won their respective singles matches for host Chicago Christian. Raquel Hamstra and Grace Furlong added a victory at No. 1 doubles for the Knights.
Providence 3, Lockport 2: Elise Morris’s win at No. 2 singles propelled host Providence.
