Reavis 20, Oak Lawn 6: Jose Romero scored on a 4-yard run and also threw a 29-yard touchdown pass to Matthew Kopp in boosting visiting Reavis (4-3, 3-2). Travis Liszewski added a 3-yard scoring run for the Rams in the South Suburban Red. Oak Lawn fell to 2-5, 1-4.
T.F. North 41, Lemont 40: Anthony Watkins reached the end zone on an 11-yard run, 78-yard kickoff return and 8-yard reception to spearhead host T.F. North (3-4, 2-2) in the South Suburban Blue. Aaron Dunigan tacked on a pair of touchdown passes to Nikita Smith (20, 34 yards) to aid the cause for the Meteors. Julio Aleman rambled for 155 yards and three TDs (3, 10, 5 yards) to lead Lemont (3-4, 2-2).
Bremen 35, Hillcrest 7: Tyler Banovich passed for 242 yards and four touchdowns to spur host Bremen (6-1, 5-0) in the South Suburban Blue. Drequan Brown (4, 31 yards) caught two of the scoring passes for the Braves. Anthony Weaver starred on defense for the winners, recording four sacks. Hillcrest dropped to 0-7, 0-5.
Tinley Park 27, T.F. South 18: Preston Thompson ran for three touchdowns — including a 36-yard scamper — to steer visiting Tinley Park (3-4, 2-2) in the South Suburban Blue. Quarterback Cody Petrich contributed a pair of scoring runs for T.F. South (3-4, 1-3).
Brother Rice 38, Bishop McNamara 28: Marcus Jones (22 carries, 250 yards) romped for touchdowns covering 38 and 88 yards to lift visiting Brother Rice (3-4) in the Catholic League crossover. Crusaders quarterback Alex Alarcon tacked on three scoring passes, two of which were caught by Luke Mueller (7, 14 yards).
Bradley 34, Thornridge 13: Antonio Johnson hooked up with Rashaun Morris on a 73-yard touchdown pass for host Thornridge (0-7, 0-5) in the SouthWest Suburban Red, Deonte Morris (35-yard run) accounted for the Falcons’ other score.
Andrew 35, Thornwood 14: Jake Platt (11-of-18, 158 yards) fired two touchdown passes and also rushed for 88 yards and two scores to pace visiting Andrew (4-3, 3-2) in the SouthWest Suburban Red. Justin Smith had 109 yards rushing and a TD for Thornwood (2-5, 1-4).
Oak Forest 40, Shepard 14: Host Oak Forest (5-2) cruised in the South Suburban crossover. Shepard is 0-7.
