Men’s Soccer

Lewis 1, Ohio Dominican 0 (OT): Lenin Roa-Tapia’s goal in the 98th minute lifted the Flyers (13-2-5) into the NCAA Division II Sweet 16 with a second-round win in Columbus, Ohio on Sunday. Alec Pickett (Providence) had one save and earned his 10th shutout of the season for No. 25 Lewis, which will play Rockhurst next at a site and time to be announced.

Women’s Basketball

Lewis 73, Upper Iowa 68: Lauren Mead had 22 points, six rebounds and two blocks to lead the No. 18 Flyers (3-0) past the Peacocks (1-2) in Romeoville. Jamie Johnson (Marian Catholic) added 16 points, eight assists and three blocks for Lewis, while Mariyah Brawner-Henley scored 13 points.
