Girls Basketball

Morgan Park Academy 42, Roycemore 22: Gabby Ogbevire scored 17 points to lead visiting Morgan Park Academy (3-2).

Marian Catholic 66, Nazareth 30: Jerell Matthews recorded 13 points and three steals to boost visiting Marian Catholic (3-1, 1-0). Teniya Page added 12 points, four rebounds and four assists for the Spartans in the East Suburban Catholic.

Seton 52, Thornridge 25: Ebony Bailey had 21 points and seven steals to spark visiting Seton (3-4). Danielle Bailey chipped in 16 points for the Sting.

Rich Central 66, Bloom 64 (OT): Tayana Wilson (34 points) made the game-winning shot with no time remaining to propel visiting Rich Central (5-3). Danielle King led Bloom (2-3) with 21 points and eight assists. Anika Johnson tacked on 19 points and 13 rebounds for the Blazing Trojans.

Boys Bowling

Richards 2,692, Lemont 2,618: Justin Woods (216) and Mike Pierce (213) had the top games for Richards in the South Suburban crossover. Mike Martinez recorded a 235 game and 435 series for Lemont at Strike N Spare II.

Girls Bowling

Oak Forest 1,381, Crete-Monee 1,026: Megan Conte had a 430 series for Oak Forest at Oak Forest Bowl.

Eisenhower 1,424, Rich East 1,000: Jasmine Hampton, of Eisenhower, led all competitors with a 175 game and 332 series at Burr Oak Bowl.

Tinley Park 1,558, Rich South 1,025: Tinley Park’s Mallory Fischer posted meet bests with a 231 game and 390 series at Centennial Lanes.

Men’s Basketball

Trinity Christian 70, Viterbo 65: Ezekiel Odonkor totaled 10 points and 11 rebounds for visiting Trinity Christian (3-8). Jared Jones led the Trolls with 18 points and Jake VanDenBerg scored 11.

Women’s Basketball

St. Xavier 72, Roosevelt 66: Suzie Broski scored 20 points and grabbed eight rebounds for visiting St. Xavier (7-3, 2-1) in the CCAC. Morgan Stuut added 17 points and 16 rebounds for the Cougars.

NCCAA National Championships

Azusa Pacific 3, Trinity Christian 0: Goals by Katelyn Rogers, Alyx Williams and Allyn Brown helped Azusa Pacific (14-3-1) advance to the Division I semifinal in Kissimmee, Fla. Trinity Christian fell to 16-4-2.

Women’s Volleyball

NAIA National Championships

Georgetown (Ky.) 20-25-23-25-15, Trinity Christian 25-21-25-19-10: Kaitlin Feddema had 13 kills and 17 digs to lead Trinity Christian (37-9) in the second round of pool play in Sioux City, Iowa. Erynn Schuh added 49 assists for the Trolls and Ellie Raebel had 21 digs.
