Crete-Monee 49, Thornridge 48: Tyler Williams scored 23 points to power host Crete-Monee (4-2). Darrion Robinson had 22 points and 16 rebounds for Thornridge (1-6).
Richards 64, Bremen 36: Dedrick Shannon scored 16 points for host Richards (6-0, 2-0) in the South Suburban crossover. Deamonta Carpenter’s 15 points led Bremen (3-2, 0-2).
Brother Rice 58, St. Laurence 38: Quinn Niego scored 19 points and Ray Rubio 18 to lead host Brother Rice (3-3, 1-1) in the Catholic League crossover. Rich Lamb had 11 points for St. Laurence (1-5, 0-2).
Lincoln-Way West 55, Lincoln-Way North 44: Jon Marotta totaled 24 points and 12 rebounds to boost visiting Lincoln-Way West (4-1, 2-0). Hayden Witt chipped in 23 points for the Warriors in the SouthWest Suburban Red. Lincoln-Way North dropped to 2-4, 1-1.
T.F. North 53, Evergreen Park 51 (2 OTs): Sadiq Salisu and Jalen Tribble had 12 points apiece to steer visiting T.F. North (2-0, 2-0) in the South Suburban crossover. Issac Matthews had 16 points for Evergreen Park (2-3, 0-2) and Tony Weathersby scored 15.
Shepard 59, Lemont 51: Adebayo Ogungbemi scored 15 points for host Shepard (3-3, 2-0) in the South Suburban crossover. Jacob Littleton and Kyle Longfield tacked on 12 points apiece for the Astros. Mike Wisz’s 19 points were the most for Lemont (4-3, 1-1).
Oak Forest 63, Argo 50: Tom Shute had 18 points and Kyle Flanagan tacked on 16 to power visiting Oak Forest (4-2, 1-1) in the South Suburban crossover. Dustin Krob netted 14 points for Argo (0-5, 0-2).
Chicago Christian 54, Luther North 49: Bradford Fitzpatrick scored 14 points and hauled in 23 rebounds for visiting Chicago Christian (4-2). Blaine Wright added 16 points.
Tinley Park 60, Oak Lawn 48: Femi Elutilo had 15 points for visiting Tinley Park (2-4, 1-1) in the South Suburban crossover. David Stacy had 12 points to lead Oak Lawn (1-2, 0-2).
St. Rita 72, Gordon Tech 46: Dominique Matthews scored 26 points for visiting St. Rita (2-1, 1-0) in the Catholic League crossover. Victor Law tacked on 13 points and 11 rebounds for the Mustangs.
T.F. South 102, Eisenhower 92: Donald Stone scored 41 points and pulled down 11 rebounds for visiting T.F. South (2-4, 2-0) in the South Suburban crossover. Khalil Williams had 22 points for Eisenhower (3-3, 1-1).
Mount Carmel 47, Providence 38: David Nichols scored a team-best 14 points for visiting Mount Carmel (6-1, 2-0) in the Catholic League crossover. Jack Brody and Jake Rost had 11 points each for Providence (4-2, 1-1).
Lincoln-Way East 60, Minooka 48: Clint Nooner’s 15 points paced host Lincoln-Way East (2-4).
Rich East 80, Illiana Christian 62: Nick Harden and Calvin Harrington netted 17 points apiece for visiting Rich East (2-1). Caleb Jonkman scored a game-high 22 points to lead Illiana Christian (4-2).
St. Anne 54, Beecher 34: Marshall Landis scored 12 points to lead visiting Beecher (1-6, 0-2) in the River Valley. Anthony Olszewski tacked on nine points and nine rebounds for the Bobcats.
St. Ignatius 62, Seton 43: Christopher Seaton and Eron Evans poured in 12 points apiece for host Seton (3-4, 0-2) in the Catholic League crossover.
Willows 60, Morgan Park Academy 38: Gabby Ogbevire netted 17 points for host Morgan Park Academy (3-4) in its Independent School League opener.
T.F. North 45, Evergreen Park 44: Chanel Howard had 25 points for visiting T.F. North (3-2, 1-1) in the South Suburban crossover. Megan Pfister finished with 15 points for Evergreen Park (6-6, 0-2) and Zoe Monks scored 10.
St. Ignatius 56, Queen of Peace 20: Katie Gallagher had 12 points to spark host St. Ignatius (4-3, 1-0) in the GCAC Red. Queen of Peace fell to 0-10, 0-2.
Lemont 40, Shepard 30: Kim Jerantowski finished with 14 points for host Lemont (5-3, 2-0) in the South Suburban crossover. Abby Newsome led Shepard (2-8, 0-2) with 10 points.
Hillcrest 48, Reavis 37: Nadika Jackson (12 points) and Aliah Acker (10) led visiting Hillcrest (5-3, 2-0) in the South Suburban crossover.
Stagg 66, Andrew 61 (OT): Hannah Henderson’s 16 points led visiting Stagg (3-3) in the SouthWest Suburban crossover. The Chargers also received 15 points from Casey McMahon and 11 from Kate Adams. Michelle Borgen scored a team-leading 23 points for Andrew (2-4).
Bremen 50, Richards 47: Erin Schaffrath (8 assists, 4 steals) scored 18 points and Ashlee Wiggins added 15 to spark host Bremen (5-4) in the South Suburban crossover. Taylor Sonichsen and Carly Stazak had eight points apiece for Richards (3-3).
Oak Forest 49, Argo 42: Maddie Baxa had 14 points for host Oak Forest (4-4, 2-0) in the South Suburban crossover.
T.F. South 73, Eisenhower 43: Ren’Cia Rolling’s 22 first-half points sparked host T.F. South (5-1, 2-0) in the South Suburban crossover.
Hillcrest 1,805, Bremen 1,797: Russell Deer, of Bremen, led the field with a 263 game and 510 series in the South Suburban Blue. Xavier Muhammad’s 409 series was tops for Hillcrest at Brunswick Zone XL in Homewood.
Sandburg 1,894, Lincoln-Way East 1,529: Brandon Torres’s 219 game and 424 series boosted Sandburg in the SouthWest Suburban crossover at Orland Bowl. Jake Smith had a 378 series for Lincoln-Way East.
Lincoln-Way North 2,032, Bolingbrook 2,014: Kyle Pijarowski recorded a 256 game and 471 series to pace Lincoln-Way North in the SouthWest Suburban crossover at AMF Bolingbrook Lanes.
T.F. South 1,976, Argo 1,920: Andrew Johnson had a 267 game and 432 series to power T.F. South at Lynwood Bowl. Taveon Roberson added 429 series for the Rebels in the South Suburban crossover.
Richards 1,880, Oak Forest 1,735: Oak Forest’s Lee Wanatowicz finished atop the field with a 227 game and 440 series in the South Suburban crossover at Arena Lanes.
Tinley Park 1,721, Eisenhower 1,330: Mike Bennett had a 388 series to lead Tinley Park in the South Suburban crossover at Centennial Lanes. Matt Verway’s 357 series was the best for Eisenhower.
Lincoln-Way Central 1,857, Stagg 1,764: Nick Kross had a 409 series to aid Lincoln-Way Central in the SouthWest Suburban crossover at Palos Lanes.
Andrew 2,145, Lockport 1,949: Joe Rymsza had a 266 game and 457 series for Andrew at Strike N Spare II. Noah Zwit led Lockport with a 257 game and 420 series in the South Suburban crossover.
Shepard 1,865, Oak Lawn 1,823: Matt Shaw notched a 255 game for Shepard at Centennial Lanes. Oak Lawn’s Ryan Kirby had the top series (442) in the South Suburban Red.
Reavis 1,773, T.F. North 1,587: Reavis’ Orlando Sanmiguel had a 233 game and 402 series in the South Suburban crossover at Castaways Bowl.
Brother Rice 2,913, St. Ignatius 1,959: Nick Smith recorded a 267 game and 7111 series to power Brother Rice in the Catholic League crossover at Bluebird Lanes.
Eisenhower 1,486, Oak Lawn 1,314: Oak Lawn’s Shannon McGuire had a 348 series at Palos Lanes. Crystal Carrillo, of Eisenhower, posted a 192 game and 327 series in the South Suburban Red.
Andrew 1,681, Lincoln-Way North 1,543: Amanda Campbell and Ashley Sparrey both had 359 series for Andrew in the SouthWest Suburban Red meet at Orland Bowl.
Bremen 1,598, Argo 1,411: Veronica Garcia (198 game) and Gabi Grutzius (356 series) propelled Bremen in the South Suburban crossover at Oak Forest Bowl. Kim Sanchez led Argo with a 309 series.
Lincoln-Way West 1,575, Lincoln-Way East 1,485: Lincoln-Way West’s Jessica Schram (234 game) was the leading bowler by virtue of her 446 series in the SouthWest Suburban Red dual at Laraway Lanes.
Evergreen Park 1,686, Hillcrest 1,538: Sarah Klawitter (235 game) and Elan Page rolled 449 series to catapult Evergreen Park in the South Suburban crossover at Brunswick Zone XL in Homewood.
Lockport 1,605, Stagg 1,666: Kylee Murphy, of Stagg, finished with a 254 game in the SouthWest Suburban Blue meet at Strike N Spare II. Brandi Powers’ 231 game was the best for Lockport.
Stagg 123, Lincoln-Way West 48: Luke Workman won the 100-yard freestyle (54.57 seconds) and 200 freestyle (2 minutes, 0.63 seconds) to lead host Stagg in the SouthWest Suburban crossover. Workman also helped the Chargers prevail in the 400 free relay (3:34.76) along with Nick Amendola, Jacob Russo and Harlan Long.
Andrew 121, Lincoln-Way East 65: Zack Rentner posted the top times in the 100 butterfly (58.05) and 200 free (1:48.93) to lift host Andrew in the SouthWest Suburban Red. Lincoln-Way East’s Andy Grever was a winner in the 500 free (5:04.49).
