Morgan Park Academy 65, Elgin Academy 40: Nick Boarden scored 20 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead visiting Morgan Park Academy (4-8, 1-2) in the Independent School League. Theo Norris added 16 points for the Warriors.
Joliet Central 60, Lincoln-Way East 53: Clint Nooner’s 18 points led host Lincoln-Way East (3-9, 0-3) in the SouthWest Suburban Blue.
Washington 60, Ag. Science 42: Chris Soczek had 12 points for visiting Ag. Science (4-8, 3-2) in the Public League Blue-South.
Brother Rice 66, Bishop McNamara 46: Quinn Niego (23 points, 11 rebounds) scored a school-record 19 points in the first quarter for host Brother Rice (7-7, 2-3). Ray Rubio chipped in 18 points for the Crusaders in the Catholic League South.
Oak Forest 67, Southland Prep 39: Kyle Flanagan had 13 points and Tom Shute 10 to ignite host Oak Forest (11-2). Josh Buford had 18 points to lead Southland Prep (3-7).
Loyola 69, St. Laurence 26: James Clarke (19 points) and Jack Morrissey (14) led visiting Loyola (11-2, 4-0) in the Catholic League North. St. Laurence fell to 2-10, 0-5.
Bradley 57, Lincoln-Way North 39: J.T. Limon had 15 points and Steve Pfister scored nine to lead host Lincoln-Way North (3-8, 1-2) in the SouthWest Suburban Red.
Chicago Christian 50, Shepard 46: Blaine Wright’s 19 points and six rebounds carried host Chicago Christian (6-8). Trevor Wolterink added 10 points and six rebounds for the Knights. Jacob Littleton had 19 points to pace Shepard (5-8).
Lincoln-Way East 65, Joliet Central 22: Kara Krolicki’s 18 points led visiting Lincoln-Way East (11-2, 3-0) in the SouthWest Suburban Blue. Claire McMahon added 10 points for the Griffins, who also received eight points and nine rebounds from Jill Connolly.
Richards 69, Ag. Science 51: Sydni Tears had 31 points and Carly Stazak 12 to vault host Richards (6-7). April Baar led Ag. Science (8-9) with 14 points.
Bradley 42, Lincoln-Way North 36: Sam Pietruszynski notched a team-high 19 points for visiting Lincoln-Way North (12-4, 2-1) in the SouthWest Suburban Red.
Andrew 55, Tinley Park 40: Molly Franson’s 20 points led a balanced attack for host Andrew (5-8). Georgia Alexakos and Michelle Borgen added 11 points apiece for the Thunderbolts and McKayla Smith scored nine. Caitlin Sudduth had a team-best 18 points for Tinley Park (8-9).
Shepard 48, Mount Assisi 45: Myrissha Mitchell (17 points) and Courtney Dalton (11 points, 12 rebounds) led host Shepard (3-13).
Tinley Park 1,833, Oak Forest 1,782: Oak Forest’s Lee Wanatowicz (232 game) and Tinley Park’s Nick Shupyrt (224) each posted a 445 series in the South Suburban Blue dual at Centennial Lanes.
Lincoln-Way North 2,049, Lincoln-Way East 1,759: Kyle Pijarowski (204 game) recorded a meet-best 448 series to guide Lincoln-Way North in the SouthWest Suburban Red. Bret Donovan added a 227 game and 440 series for the Phoenix at Tinley Park Bowl.
Oak Lawn 3,012, Lemont 2,694: Matt VanderGriend had a 228 game and 647 series to power Oak Lawn in the South Suburban crossover. Chris Kooyman added a 639 series for the Spartans at Strike N Spare II. Matt Groebe (225 game) and Kevin Leahy (211) starred for Lemont.
Richards 1,934, Stagg 1,803: Stagg’s Cody Johnson (422) had the best series at Arena Lanes. Louis Semik provided a 247 game for Richards.
T.F. South 2,807, T.F. North 2,497: Taveon Roberson had a 220 game and 606 series to key T.F. South in the South Suburban Blue dual at Castaways Bowl.
Bremen 1,603, Oak Forest 1,471: Monica Krumrie’s 210 game and 390 series sparked Bremen at Oak Forest Bowl. Sammie McFalls (194 game) led Oak Forest with a 340 series in the South Suburban Blue.
Joliet West 1,750, Lincoln-Way East 1,548: Britney Kopec had a 233 game and 426 series to propel Lincoln-Way East in the SouthWest Suburban crossover at Orland Bowl.
Lockport 1,921, Lincoln-Way West 1,815: Jessie Schram, of Lincoln-Way West, had a meet-high 404 series in the SouthWest Suburban crossover. Nicole Troha (238 game) and Danielle Mensik (236) were among the contributors for Lockport at Laraway Lanes.
Andrew 1,786, Joliet Central 1,326: Andrew’s Ashley Sparrey paced the field with a 215 game and 404 series in the SouthWest Suburban crossover at Orland Bowl.
Shepard 130, Argo 54: Hayden Wiest prevailed in the 100-yard butterfly (1 minute, 1.04 seconds) and 100 breaststroke (1:10.91) for host Shepard in the South Suburban Red. Sanders Yu added wins in the 100 backstroke (1:05.61) and 200 individual medley (2:13.86) for the Astros. Argo’s Andy Kubinski had the top time in the 50 free (25.54 seconds).
St. Francis 91, Indiana-Northwest 83: Chris Miller’s 28 points led visiting St. Francis (6-9).
Joliet Junior College 72, Harper 56: Deiondre Cunningham scored a game-high 19 points to lead host Joliet Junior College (9-6). Leon Gray added 12 points for the Wolves, whose other contributors included Justin Scanlan (11 points) and Zoran Arsenovic (10 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists).
Joliet Junior College 62, Harper 26: Kanitral Averhart’s 16 points and five steals led host Joliet Junior College (5-8).
