Boys Basketball

Hillcrest 94, Eisenhower 80: Taylor Adway finished with 24 points, 12 rebounds and eight blocks to steer host Hillcrest (10-6, 6-1) in the South Suburban crossover. George McDaniel led the Hawks with 27 points and DeAngelo Isby had 17.

Argo 73, Tinley Park 67: Tyler Mitchell chalked up 30 points — his third game in a row with at least that many — to boost visiting Argo (5-10, 2-5). Victor Gordon tacked on 26 points for the Argonauts in the South Suburban crossover. Kelvin Dorsey paced Tinley Park (5-10, 3-4) with 22 points.

De La Salle 77, St. Francis de Sales 56: Martez Cameron posted 21 points and Brandon Hutton scored 14 to spur visiting De La Salle (6-8, 4-2) in the Catholic League South.

Shepard 51, T.F. North 42: Malcolm Lawson and Jacob Littleton netted 13 and 11 points, respectively, for host Shepard (7-9, 4-3) in the South Suburban crossover. Christian Johnson had eight points for T.F. North (7-8, 4-3).

Thornridge 54, Lincoln-Way Central 43: Victor Trout provided 13 points and Carly Henry scored 12 to aid host Thornridge (4-13, 1-4) in the SouthWest Suburban Blue. Alex Parks had 19 points for Lincoln-Way Central (7-4, 2-3).

Ag. Science 51, Bowen 31: Chris Soczek’s game-high 24 points keyed host Ag. Science (5-9, 4-3) in the Public League Blue-South.

Rich Central 63, Kankakee 55: William Berry had 16 points to lift host Rich Central (5-10, 1-3) in the Southland. Arthur Sutton added 14 points for the Olympians and Jeremiah Mitchell (7 rebounds) had 11.

Oak Lawn 58, T.F. South 50: David Stacy put in 17 points and Josh Prince had 10 points and 10 rebounds to pave the way for host Oak Lawn (4-8, 1-6). Donald Stone contributed 17 points to lead T.F. South (8-10, 5-2) in the South Suburban crossover.

Tri-Point 57, Beecher 56: Marshall Landis garnered 22 points for visiting Beecher (4-12, 1-4) in the River Valley.

Gordon Tech 44, St. Laurence 37: Rich Lamb totaled 10 points and five rebounds to lead host St. Laurence (2-13, 0-7) in the Catholic League North.

Harlan 61, Marist 59: Jeremiah Ferguson’s 16 points were the most for Marist (13-4) in Mount Greenwood. Brian Holland added 15 points for the RedHawks and Kevin Lerma had 13.

St. Anne 77, Illinois Lutheran 69: Mack Newson had 29 points and Collin Borns 16 to vault host Illinois Lutheran (6-3, 3-2) in the River Valley. Sam Geraci added 12 points for the Chargers.

Burger King Classic

St. Rita 61, Villa Angela-St. Joseph (Ohio). 59: Charles Matthews scored 22 points and his brother, Dominique, added 21 for St. Rita (7-5) in Erie, Pa.

Girls Basketball

Morgan Park Academy 40, Illinois Lutheran 23: Bhy Williams scored 16 points to lead host Morgan Park Academy (6-8).

Shepard 47, T.F. North 40: Myrissha Mitchell scored 13 points and Abby Newsome had 11 to spark visiting Shepard (5-14, 2-6) in the South Suburban crossover. Chanel Howard paced T.F. North (6-8, 3-5) with 14 points. Tyra Johnson and Esther Fagbemi added 11 points apiece for the Meteors.

Stagg 50, Joliet Central 44: Casey McMahon finished with 17 points and Hannah Henderson scored 11 to power host Stagg (8-9, 2-4) in the SouthWest Suburban Red.

Hillcrest 80, Eisenhower 54: Tanzania Sherrill’s 19 points lifted visiting Hillcrest (13-4, 7-0) in the South Suburban crossover. The Hawks also received 14 points each from Aliah Acker and Joshulyn Shepherd.

Lincoln-Way Central 95, Thornton 62: Sami Wisniewski (21 points) and Candace Finnin (20) led host Lincoln-Way Central (9-8, 4-2) in the SouthWest Suburban Red.

Glenbard South 73, Illiana Christian 36: Gabby Kreykes posted a team-best 10 points for host Illiana Christian (7-13, 2-6) in the Metro Suburban.

McDonald’s Chicagoland Prep Classic

Andrew 68, Hinsdale Central 59: Molly Franson scored 21 points to pace Andrew (9-8) at Willowbrook.

Wrestling

Lockport 62, Bradley 4: Nick Marolda (152 pounds), Vincent Dietz (160) and Abdullah Assaf (285) had pins for visiting Lockport in the SouthWest Suburban Blue. Shayne Oster (120) added a victory by technical fall for the Porters.
