Evergreen Park 73, Lincoln-Way West 62: Issac Matthews scored a game-high 28 points to lead host Evergreen Park (12-12). Hayden Witt had 21 points for Lincoln-Way West (12-9).
Andrew 48, Sandburg 46: Joey Krutilla’s basket with 8.8 seconds remaining lifted host Andrew (5-17) in the SouthWest Suburban crossover. Krutilla finished with 14 points and five assists, while Luke Hook had 10 points and four rebounds. Niko Cahue, of Sandburg (9-14), led all scorers with 18 points.
Bremen 78, Tinley Park 68: Mack Holder had 30 points to carry visiting Bremen (8-13, 2-9) in the South Suburban Blue. Deon Jackson chipped in 14 points and eight assists for the Braves. Femi Elutilo totaled 17 points for Tinley Park (7-14, 3-8).
Marist 76, Hubbard 30: Jeremiah Ferguson chalked up 14 points and Nic Weishar had 13 to aid host Marist (17-8).
Richards 60, Reavis 54: Dedrick Shannon had 20 points to vault host Richards (15-10, 8-3) in the South Suburban Red. Eddie Puha posted 24 points for Reavis (12-10, 3-8).
Rich East 84, Southland Prep 43: Don Henderson scored 20 points and Dazzo Wilmewic 15 to steer host Rich East (16-4).
Eisenhower 94, Shepard 73: Vinny Curta’s 20 points led host Eisenhower (12-15, 7-5) in the South Suburban Red. Khalil Washington netted 19 points for the Cardinals and Calviontae Washington had 17. Kyle Longfield had a team-best 18 points for Shepard (9-14, 6-5).
Dyer Heritage Christian 66, Illinois Lutheran 59: Collin Borns dropped in 22 points and Sam Geraci had 18 to pace host Illinois Lutheran (13-5).
T.F. North 53, Lemont 40: Sadiq Salisu had 13 points for visiting T.F. North (8-12, 6-6) in the South Suburban Blue. Lemont (12-11, 6-5) got 10 points from Mike Wisz.
Class 3A De La Salle Regional
De La Salle 84, Hyde Park 46: Akilah Fletcher scored 21 points and Alesia Stewart 20 to propel De La Salle (16-6) in the semifinal.
Class 3A Evergreen Park Regional
Queen of Peace 40, Noble Street 16: Jelyn Chua (7 points) and Samantha Serrano (6) led Queen of Peace (2-26) in the quarterfinal.
Class 3A Julian Regional
Morgan Park 76, Thornridge 36: Shami Goodman’s 31 points guided Morgan Park (20-4) into the championship. Raven Watts finished with 11 points for Thornridge.
Class 3A Morris Regional
Joliet Catholic 79, Lincoln-Way West 31: Jnaya Walker had 16 points to spark Joliet Catholic (23-2) in a semifinal. Nicole Ekhomu added 15 points for the Angels and Jasmine Lumpkin had 12. Danielle Morgan and Courtney O’Donnell contributed seven points each for Lincoln-Way West (15-12).
Providence 66, Coal City 60: Alyssa Jurges totaled 23 points and eight assists for Providence (18-12) in the semifinal. Marybeth Galick added 12 points for the Celtics and Maeve Garvey had 10.
Class 4A East Aurora Regional
Lockport 53, Plainfield East 40: Destiny Hollins had 16 points and Tia Parrinello added 15 to boost Lockport (10-15) in the quarterfinal.
Lemont 45, East Aurora 27: Ali Kramer scored 10 of her team-high 14 points in the second quarter to spark Lemont (14-13) in quarterfinal action.
Class 4A Sandburg Regional
Richards 64, Shepard 34: Sydni Tears had 18 point to help Richards (14-11) advance to the semifinal round. Christina Kwartnik added 11 points for the Bulldogs and Carly Stazak had 10.
Class 4A T.F. North Regional
T.F. North 45, Oak Forest 44: Kaitlin Adams scored 22 points — including the winning basket with 6.3 seconds left — to lead T.F. North (9-13) in the quarterfinal. Taylor Sterkowitz had 11 points to lead Oak Forest (11-15).
Girls Indoor Track & Field
Lincoln-Way Central 57, Lockport 45: Bri Tomnitz set a school record in winning the high jump (5 feet, 2 inches) to aid visiting Lincoln-Way Central in the SouthWest Suburban crossover. Ashley Raehsler added victories in the 55-meter dash (7.54 seconds) and 200 dash (28.27) for the Knights. Lockport’s Carolyn Dietz prevailed in the long jump (15-4) and triple jump (33-3½).
Prairie State 88, Moraine Valley 77: Rodney Smith had 21 points and 11 assists for host Prairie State (12-17, 8-5) in the Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference. Jamel Hill (15 rebounds) and Joe Hughes (12 rebounds) added 20 points each for the Pioneers. Johnte Shannon had 25 points for Moraine Valley.
Moraine Valley 73, Prairie State 54: Maggie Yandel scored 24 points to lead visiting Moraine Valley in the Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference. Nijea Dixon had 15 points for Prairie State.
