Joliet Catholic 3, Homewood-Flossmoor 1: Nick Dalesandro (2-for-4) blasted a solo homer and Danny Weiss (3-for-3) hit an RBI single to propel visiting Joliet Catholic (26-6). Brandon Kaminski tossed four scoreless innings in recording the win. Jesse Forestell had an RBI double for Homewood-Flossmoor (20-6).
Providence 15, Joliet West 1: Dylan Rosa (3-for-3, 3 runs) walloped a grand slam and had seven RBI to power visiting Providence (20-11) in the five-inning tilt. Phil Kunsa (2-for-2, 2 runs) hit a three-run homer for the Celtics and Jake Godfrey added a two-run shot.
Reavis 12, Eisenhower 0: Lael Robles fanned nine in hurling a no-hitter for host Reavis (13-17, 9-8) in the South Suburban Red. Jose Romero (1-for-2, 2 runs) drilled a three-run homer for the Rams and Joe O’Hara (1-for-2, 2 runs) added a two-run blast in the five-inning game.
Lincoln-Way North 18, Lincoln-Way Central 0: Mike Rissley (3-for-3, 4 runs) and Josh Mutter (2-for-3) each hit home runs and had five RBI for visiting Lincoln-Way North (23-2, 12-1) in the five-inning South Suburban Red game. David Calderon (5 strikeouts) pitched four innings of one-hit ball for the Phoenix. Jake Morgan posted a single for Lincoln-Way Central (18-11, 9-4).
Richards 10, Argo 3: A.J. Sanchez surrendered three hits and struck 10 in going the distance for host Richards (23-6, 16-2) in the South Suburban Red. Eric Mallo (4-for-4, 2 runs) whacked a solo homer for the Bulldogs, who also received two runs and two RBI from Shawn Chiaramonte (3-for-4). Brendan Krob hit a two-run homer to lead Argo.
Andrew 14, Bolingbrook 3: Tom Bushnell (5-for-5) scored three times and Ramon Padilla (4-for-4) had three RBI for visiting Andrew (11-17, 6-7) in the six-inning SouthWest Suburban Red game
T.F. South 6, Bremen 2: James Macklin (2-for-4) doubled, homered and posted four RBI for visiting T.F. South (16-12, 10-7) in the South Suburban Blue.
Mount Carmel 14, Illiana Christian 8: Greg Ploszaj’s three-run homer in the top of the ninth highlighted an eight-run outburst for Mount Carmel (23-6). Ako Thomas also contributed a three-run shot for the Caravan. Caleb Jonkman (2-for-5) and Kyle Van Kalker each had two RBI to pace Illiana Christian (12-15).
Beecher 5, Illinois Lutheran 4: Tanner Saddler and Brian Mayer had RBI as visiting Beecher (17-10, 11-1) won the River Valley championship. Chase Wyatt yielded five hits and struck out six in pitching a complete game for the Bobcats. Evan Falk contributed a three-run double for Illinois Lutheran (21-2, 9-2).
Rich Central 17, Bloom 10: Demetrius Todd blasted a three-run homer to catapult visiting Rich Central (14-5, 9-3) in the Southland. Eric Luther (4-for-5) had two runs and two RBI for Bloom (10-13, 8-4).
Chicago Christian 10, Hammond Tech 0: Jack DeVries knocked in three runs to spark host Chicago Christian (23-11-1) in the five-inning contest.
Lemont 12-13, Hillcrest 2-3: Danny Dowiarz ripped a three-run double in Game 1 and Nick Wisz hit a grand slam in the nightcap as host Lemont (27-2, 17-1) scored two three-inning victories in the South Suburban Blue.

Seton 9, Morgan Park 1: Bryson Westbrook pitched a three-hitter and fanned nine to help Seton (9-12) advance to the semifinal.
Joliet West 4, Homewood-Flossmoor 0: Meagan Donermeyer (2 earned runs) allowed six hits and struck out seven in pitching a complete game for visiting Homewood-Flossmoor (8-15, 4-8). Madeline Butzbach had two of the Vikings’ four hits in the SouthWest Suburban Blue.
Lockport 10, Stagg 0: Sarah DeMasi (3-for-3, 2 runs) had four RBI and Kelly Pattison (4-for-4) scored two runs to vault host Lockport (22-8-1, 9-3) in the SouthWest Suburban Blue. Kalyn Putman (5 innings) scattered two hits and fanned nine for the Porters in the six-inning game. Noor Elmosa and Emily Abbene posted hits for Stagg (2-17, 1-12).
Lincoln-Way North 10, Bradley 1: Jenna Trojniar (3-for-4, 2 runs) clubbed a three-run homer and totaled four RBI for visiting Lincoln-Way North (14-11, 8-4). Taylor Bowman (2-for-4, 2 RBI) added a solo shot for the Phoenix and Sam Pietruszynski (2-for-4) posted two runs in the SouthWest Suburban Red.
Oak Forest 15, T.F. North 0: Kylie Powers (3-for-5, 2 doubles, 2 runs) and Breanna Hofsaes (2-for-2) each had three RBI to spark visiting Oak Forest (21-8, 13-4) in the South Suburban Blue. Calie Delisi (2-for-3) chipped in two runs and two RBI for the Bengals in the five-inning affair.
Beecher 13, Coal City 0: Sarah Crews spun a one-hitter and also went 2-for-3 with a homer and three RBI for host Beecher (28-6). Taylor Johnson and Sydney Zupan also homered for the Bobcats in the five-inning game.
Lincoln-Way West 11, Lincoln-Way Central 1: Kayla Seymour (2-for-4) belted two home runs — including a three-run shot — and had five RBI to set the pace for visiting Lincoln-Way West (27-1, 12-0) in the five-inning game. Morghan Dieringer pitched a five-hitter and struck out 11 for the Warriors in the SouthWest Suburban Red. Nicole Rote homered for Lincoln-Way Central (15-14, 8-5).
Reavis 11, Eisenhower 0: Kelly LoRusso (2-for-3) knocked in four runs and Ashley Galason threw a one-hitter to boost visiting Reavis (13-15, 9-9) in the five-inning South Suburban Red contest.
Richards 3, Oak Lawn 2: Sara Kiziak (14-4) tossed a four-hitter and also posted an RBI single to show the way for host Richards (18-6, 15-2) in the South Suburban Red. Jordan Battels (2-for-3) added a solo homer for the Bulldogs.
Lincoln-Way East 10, Bolingbrook 4: Jenny Van Geertry (2-for-3, 2 runs, 4 RBI) clobbered a three-run homer and Nicole O’Donnell (3 RBI) rapped a two-run single to propel host Lincoln-Way East (21-7, 9-4). Nikole Van Gennep pitched 62/3 shutout innings for the Griffins, scattering five hits and striking out 14.
Thornwood 11, Hillcrest 6: Shaderia Young (2 runs) connected for a solo homer to lead visiting Thornwood (12-12).
De La Salle 8, Riverside-Brookfield 1: Kaity Krol was a force in the circle (6-hitter) and at the plate (4-for-5, 4 RBI) for visiting De La Salle (16-10).
Brother Rice 25-25, Glenbrook North 15-15: Jim Dwyer had 15 assists to pace host Brother Rice (32-2). Dave Kelly and Kevin Myren had five kills each for the Crusaders.
Richards 25-25, Argo 8-12: Ed Karalius’ 10 kills and 12 digs led host Richards (21-9, 6-2) in the South Suburban match. Dan Krasich led the Bulldogs in assists with 17.
Lincoln-Way North 25-17-25, Lincoln-Way West 19-25-15: Jake Walenga had 22 digs and Austin Faller had 21 assists to spur visiting Lincoln-Way North (31-3, 10-0) in the SouthWest Suburban Red. Brad McFarland chipped in nine kills for the Phoenix.
Sandburg 25-25, Lockport 15-23: Grant Burden had 26 assists and Dan Tynski had 14 kills to give visiting Sandburg (25-8, 8-2) the SouthWest Suburban Blue championship. Erik Krause aided the cause for the Eagles with 13 digs.
Brother Rice 5, Morgan Park Academy 0: Jack Gorman and Liam Millerick prevailed at No. 1 doubles for host Brother Rice.
South Suburban Blue Tournament: Nick Urban (No. 1) and Faraz Longi (No. 2) won singles crowns in pacing Lemont (26) to the team title. Joe Ziebell and Nathaniel Burner added a first-place finish at top-seeded doubles for the Indians.
