Ag. Science 48, North-Grand 0: Micah Muhammad ran for 110 yards and two touchdowns to vault Ag. Science at Gately Stadium.
Stagg 35, Hillcrest 6: Dennis Egan (15 carries) had 142 yards and three touchdowns to ignite host Stagg. Joe Van Nieuwenhuyse connected with Jeff Goral on a 55-yard scoring pass to aid the Chargers.
Evergreen Park 55, Lake Station Edison 13: Antwan Moore chalked up 139 yards and four touchdowns on 12 carries to power visiting Evergreen Park.
Bloomfield Hills (Mich.) Brother Rice 40, Brother Rice 34: Marcus Jones (12 carries, 72 yards) ran for two touchdowns and also caught a 33-yard scoring pass from Alex Alarcon to pace Brother Rice at Wayne State. Alarcon finished with two TD tosses in addition to a 6-yard scoring run.
T.F. North 36, Urban Prep-West 22: Quarterback Aaron Dunigan passed for two touchdowns and ran for two more scores to lead host T.F. North. Tamari Williams (46 yards) and Raymond Powell (21) contributed TD receptions for the Meteors.
Lincoln-Way West 14, Sycamore 13: Kurtis Flondor’s 95-yard kickoff return for a touchdown with 4 minutes, 6 seconds remaining was the difference for visiting Lincoln-Way West. Joe Shirley added a scoring reception for the Warriors, who were beaten by Sycamore last season in the Class 5A quarterfinal round.
Marist 45, DuSable 0: Jawill Aldridge registered four touchdown runs (45, 63, 1, 18 yards) to ignite host Marist.
Oak Lawn 49, Kenwood 0: Quarterback Joe Cosenza had three touchdown runs and also threw a pair of scoring strikes to Joe Robinson in pacing host Oak Lawn. Cosenza finished the game 7-of-12 passing for 147 yards, while Robinson totaled 97 yards on five receptions.
Bloom 21, Thornwood 0: Emmanuel Williams (18 carries, 84 yards) crossed the goal line on a 10-yard run and also snagged a 16-yard touchdown pass from Jordan Benavides to power host Bloom. Benavides (18 carries, 65 yards) chipped in a 9-yard scoring jaunt for the Blazing Trojans. Jalen Miller was 8-of-15 passing for 71 yards in pacing Thornwood.
Curie 48, Argo 8: Aaron Morrison connected with Jacob Barnslater on a 14-yard scoring pass for host Argo.
Bradley 24, De La Salle 14: Tom Duddleston was 23-of-33 for 235 yards and a touchdown to spark visiting De La Salle. Drew Chavarria caught a 6-yard scoring pass for the Meteors, whose other TD came on a 1-yard run by Eric Brennan.
Rich East 28, Eisenhower 22 (OT): Rayshawn Graham had 12 carries for 150 yards and a touchdown to propel visiting Rich East.
Marian Catholic 49, Hyde Park 6: Robert Clifton (3 carries, 85 yards) and Tyrice Richie each sprinted 66 yards for a touchdown in leading host Marian Catholic. Deaven Covington (11 carries, 63 yards) added scoring plunges of 2 and 3 yards for the Spartans.
Joliet West 20, Tinley Park 18: Quinn Kelly threw for 160 yards and two touchdowns to steer host Tinley Park.
Westmont 56, Chicago Christian 34: Colby Roundtree (15 carries, 122 yards) contributed touchdown runs of 28 and 6 yards for visiting Chicago Christian. Christian Bolhuis (15 carries, 117 yards) added a scoring run for the Knights in addition to firing a 16-yard TD strike to Luke Boss.
Plainfield East 36, Rich Central 20: D.J. Taylor had a pair of touchdown passes — including a 52-yarder to DaQuan Richie — in propelling host Rich Central. Deshon Kelly tacked on an 80-yard scoring dash for the Olympians.
Leo 28, Ottawa 26: Quarterback Latrell Giles (16 carries, 97 yards) ran for one touchdown and passed for 162 yards and another score to direct visiting Leo. Joe Shorter (15 carries) added 78 yards rushing and two TDs for the Lions.
Niles North 49, Shepard 14: Chris Henington’s 35-yard touchdown pass to E.J. Rueck was among the highlights for visiting Shepard.
Mendota 46, Rich South 6: Lemont Brooks contributed a 4-yard touchdown run for visiting Rich South.
