No. 5 Marist 62, St. Patrick 57: Tyler Oden put in 16 points for visiting Marist (14-4, 1-2) in the East Suburban Catholic.

Lincoln-Way North 64, Lincoln-Way West 47: Daryle Morgan had 19 points and 14 rebounds to spark host Lincoln-Way North (6-13, 2-3) in the SouthWest Suburban Red. Brian Skowronski and Hayden Witt each contributed 16 points for Lincoln-Way West (2-15, 0-5).

Ag. Science 49, Bowen 46: Roy Barnes netted 14 points to guide host Ag. Science (10-6, 5-1) in the Public League Blue-South.

Thornwood 55, Stagg 47 (OT): Khapri Alston scored 13 points for visiting Thornwood (11-5, 5-0) in the SouthWest Suburban Red. Sean Dwyer had 22 points for Stagg (8-8, 2-3).

Tinley Park 65, Shepard 38: Tracey Brandy scored 20 points to lift visiting Tinley Park (8-8, 5-1) in the South Suburban crossover. Martece Weatherspoon led Shepard (5-11, 2-5) with 18 points.
